But since it didn't conflict with profit to any large degree and this doesn't conflict with profit to any large degree, the point still stands that they probably won't see anything wrong with a competitive tool. An ICCup for SC2 would conflict very much with their profits since they want to sell you their ladder, which makes sense. | ||

An ICCup for SC2 would conflict very much with their profits since they want to sell you their ladder, which makes sense. i'm not sure if they care if you play on their ladder or somewhere else as long as A) you have to buy the game (or subscribe w/e) B) as long as there are no micro-transactions in the game yet. it might actually help selling the game to people who did not buy the game because of horrible, horrible bnet2.0 (if those people actually exist). and tough one could say more about this topic it is not really what this thread is about now is it? =) i hope blizz will add an option to hide your match history (even the ppl you played, as one could just PM them and ask them what BO was used) or at least will let us use maps like these. but im not sure if the faith put in to blizzard is well placed. time will tell.
