They should make it so zerg units can only move on creep, it's unfair that they can move on regular ground like all the other units.

I would even say, that it was surprising the Zerg wasn't able to kill Nony earlier with so many expansions and Nony's poor unit combination.
On the long hand the Roach nerf will be good, if the Zergs will start to lose too often, Blizz will just buff another unit and it will be fine again.

I already felt stomped in the face with the phoenix moving shot where you could escape and while escaping shoot an overlord down, thors getting better anti muta mechanisms, mutaharassment nonexistant, hydra hp + attackspeed nerf, t3 roach upgrade nerfed, burrowmovement changed, creep necessary to get your army somewhere, no t1 units that can hit air except queen, few viable choices midgame, etc.

Only reason I might purchase SC2 is because of the mods.

Ppl can use their 'asia, zerg domination' arguments as much as they want. The problem is that Zerg just isnt as much fun as it could have been. SCBW Zerg is so much more exciting.

I never even used roaches outside of zvz and zvp/zvts where i was facing cheese.

Why don't you just make drones suicide at random? Well I'm gonna enjoy getting 4-gated for the next few weeks. Seriously though, I know that these changes aren't final but how about taking a poll on your ideas for once Blizzard? It's not like every Zerg player is roach rushing.

Basically this. The issue I've always had with Roaches has been their health. 1 food, cheap, but high hp. As a zerg unit, this seems a bit odd. They have both higher health and attack than Stalkers and Marauders but are only 1 food and cheaper? I get that they balance this because Roaches only have 3 range, but as far as zerg "zerging" things, I'd probably rather they drop the HP of Roaches than up the food count like they did if they're having issues with people rushing with them.

Never thought I'd say this, but I feel pretty bad for Zerg now that roach builds are going to be hurt badly. Hopefully this won't lead to even more all-in Lings...

Though, I've been wondering why the forge specifically has been nerfed. Build time, I understand, but even the life/shield values? Are forge FE considered overpowered (or am I just missing something). Might make robotics play more prevalent.
The best has yet to come.

It'd be nice if they would address the true imbalanced unit in this game : Marauder, its liekeveryone says they are imba and instead blizzard doesnt do shit about it

Probably going to see alot of the less hardcore Zerg players simply switch to Terran until Zerg get some love.

The hardcore Zerg players just won't build roaches anymore and rely on mass lings until hydras become avaliable.

Definately going to make it much more difficult for Zerg players to defend against big hellions armies early on and even against 2 gate zealot pushes. Making those extra overlords aren't cheap so early on in the game and considering you are only getting 4 roaches per overlord now as opposed to 8 roaches ....gonna be a tough ask trying to hold out until hydras now espicially when it was pretty close before against zealot all ins.

forge nerf is a bit sad.... but wow. i take it any day if it comes with such a big roach nerf.
