What? You saw the ZvT on blistering sands? The terran was on 2 base and somehow managed to hit 2000 when losing a battle, against a zerg with free reign to drone up 3 bases, also at 2000 minerals, queens at full 200 energy, and constantly getting supply capped. Like constantly. Those games were extremely poor quality. Like on lost temple losing spine crawlers [ not 1 but more like 4] to bunkers you out range [this isn't GTR vs GI guys], getting rolled by pure marines which you can easily scout reactors with muta and wait till like 15 minutes before getting banelings, double expanding and not using the second expand. Like, both players played like SC 1 for most of the game. The ZvP? 2 stalkers --> expo OH HE HAS LINGS GG!! Granted there are obviously better players than these guys on asia, but this does not show it. | ||

Saccing so many mutas and not making banelings until way late was particularly painful. | ||

but think about this: Cool had 0/0 upgrades the ENTIRE Game. his units consisted entirely of ground and he didnt spend 200/200 in 40 mins to upgrade armor/weapons. I beleive if he had even one of these upgrades he would have won. There were many close battles involving mass infantry. The sad part he was trying to play "disciplined smart korean" so he didnt build an eng bay at all I think. Fail... europeans have an edge in this game because its not all robot-clicking. I got the game 2 days ago and am 3rd in platinum(the rank doesnt matter)... and after my 2nd game with terran I never failed to upgrade CC almost immediately in start / expand. I'd much rather have someone find replays of a guy named Someday.someday. Hes #2 in my platinum bracket but the shocking thing is he is 19-0. I don't care how you won 19-0 you must have discipline and skill, something none of these high rated koreans have thus far. | ||
