Blink nerf? Again? Infestor buff? Again?
Sorry, but that's the first HotS patch that I really disagree with. Don't really care about widow mines, it's not a significant change outside of TvT (banshee openings) and a Medivac nerf was obvious. But the other ones are just bullshit.

Why the hell would they focus on the infestor? If its UP, so what? Its a boring unit and everyone is tired of it. This sunit should have the lowest priority right now. Mech tvp on the other hand should ahve highest priority. Instead they fucking choose to make the widow mine useless vs protoss. Blizzard is so lucky to be a monopoly in the esports-rts genre.

Nerfing the medivac made sense - it was way too easy to get the upgrade on 2-3 bases and then your army was pretty well unstoppable.
But the infestor buff?
...Really, Blizzard? You want to make the infestor BETTER in ZvT? Were you feeling like the matchup was just too easy for Terran?

since I don't have the beta, can somebody that has the beta explain to me why on god's green earth would they buff fungal growth now that cadeceus reactor is nerfed and Zerg has access to speed hydras @ lair?? Are mutas really that broken? Maybe they should revert the mutas back to their WoL self.

Widow mine used to one hit zealot and stalker they don't anymore.
It's way more important than banshee in TvT. ( which doesn't matter that much since reapers is what is breaking TvT right now )

I need some clarifications. Blizzard nerfed the infestor because they are getting massed and their versatility is ridiculous right ? 1) Increasing" missile speed from 10 to 15" Is it the same scale of speed than the unit speed (Muta =4; Overlord= Slow as fuck etc.) ? Because a speed of 15 would be ridiculous and I don't see how you could dodge it without giving a blink ability to the marines...
2) "Range increased from 8 to 10." just... why ? Can someone give me a good reason for this buff ? Remember how huge was the buff of the roach from 3 to 4 range ? The buff of the immortal from 5 to 6 range ? Why would you give such an huge range buff to the infestor ?
They could have given +2 range to the hydra I wouldn't mind...

blink change is completely out of the blue...was no problem with it before, really silly to add it now
love the widow mine change, but still think it shouldn't be able to hit air...
infestor change is interesting, let's see how it combos with the new Zerg army comps

The way blizzard is buffing then nerfing and vice versa shows such a lack of direction to me. These changes are just incredibly up and down, like blizzard is bipolar. They cannot seem to hit the sweet spot with the infestor at all. I fear widow mines will be the same issue.

Omg you people, I posted this earlier but I'll say again - fungal is still a projectile and INFESTED TERRANS STILL SUCK. They didn't buff infestors to where they were before, they just made them a viable option, which is good considering how strong bio is now. It also starts to fix the muta only play in zvz. As for broodlord infestor now; in zvp roach hydra viper seems like a better composition from the mid to late game anyways and toss has tempest now which counters broodlords, not to mention carriers are amazing now. In zvt, the medivac buffs will allow for better multiprong attacking (MMA and Polt omgggggg) against broodlord infestor, and when going mech there will already be a buff to air armor so thor/air combos will be very good I think.

What the fuck, doesn't this make fungal stronger then before the nerf? The missile is now so fast it might as well be instant and it has longer range then before...

ZvP is going to be a joke, mass tempest seems to be a nice way but in no more than a month zergs and terran will learn to deal with that and toss will be in darkness again...
MSC are good but they cost too much and they are very fragiles, so they are not good enough.
