You play Protoss right? Because Terran the only buff Terran has gotten against Protoss is increased Medivac heal rate, that by the way does next to no difference against Storms. Hellbats are useless once HTs are out as they are too slow to dodge Storms.

Its actually funny. Becuase they didn't want widow mines to be too similar to mines in BW they make them hit air --> unforutnately that has some uintended consequences as it makes mutas too weak --> they chose to buff mutas --> unintended consequences as mutas now dominate zvz --> they buff the infestor --> soon to be unintended consequence as the infestor gets too strong again.

God I am so tired of the incompetency of Blizzard right now. They could just have chosen to remove widow mine AA and buff it vs ground.

Sorry, but that's the first HotS patch that I really disagree with. Don't really care about widow mines, it's not a significant change outside of TvT (banshee openings) and a Medivac nerf was obvious. But the other ones are just bullshit.


Widow mine used to one hit zealot and stalker
they don't anymore.

It's way more important than banshee in TvT. ( which doesn't matter that much since reapers is what is breaking TvT right now )

Yeah true. Forgot for a moment how beefy gateway units actually are... I guess I dislike this change as well then.

These changes are pretty shockingly bad..Making fungal 50% faster? And increasing the range to 10? What? Nobody's going to be dodging 15-speed fungal projectiles, it's not even physically possible given lag and . What a silly change. Looks like the days of infestor spam are back - this fungal is about as good as the pre-patch fungal in WoL. Why are they trying to continue the use of this awful, awful spell?

Widow mines are now even more useless in TvP. Not sure how they came out with a changeset like this after how good the last one was.

Infestors won't get too strong, they will just not be completely useless. Pretty noticeable difference, this way you might actually be able to do infestor builds

Infestor change is pretty clearly directed at ZvZ. It's all muta vs muta because infestors are completely trash because dodging the slow as shit projectile FG is so easy a monkey could do it.

All the butthurt ITT is also hysterical. I know you all want FG to be a completely worthless spell, but too fucking bad. I'd love it if marines and FFs and blink were all worthless, too, but that's not going to happen either.

Good for you... I'm saying why this happened and giving reasons why you shouldn't be freaking out about the change, unless you're just mad about how the spell works and not about the balance of it.

If you remove air attack from Widow Mines it is basicly just a Siege Tank.

Sure, an invisible siege tank with 5 range that costs 75/25, buildsd two at a time, and fires in a burst and then recharges for 40 seconds.

That makes about as much sense as saying if you took away the stalker's AA attack, it would basically be a dark templar.
