i didnt know it was april fools day already because this is such a joke. every race had to deal with fungal for like a year and in just two weeks you change it back ?

For fungal, I wish they would take the opportunity to remove the movement nerf. It would instantly stop mass infestor play while still making FG a very potent spell. FG so much damage so fast.

Other option is, let's make FG more like plague in BW

Love the medivac change. Should open a small door to BCs in every matchup.

Wish they would change the visual of Blinding cloud, too. It's not very appealing in its current state.

You should have. Don't even need robo for blink all ins, just MsC. Something had to give.

Also, range 10 fungal what the FUCK?! Why, exactly? Range 9 and make fungal not be a freeze and wham, suddenly you have a pretty damn balanced ability that allows for micro battles between infestor/ghost/HT

Also...Cadeceus Reactor timing was not the problem...it's the sheer lunacy of how much of a healing efficiency increase it is. 12hp/s and 4 HP/energy would have been a much better change than just making it require Fusion Core. This change just means bio still never dies, it just takes a bit longer to get to that point.

God damnit, Blizzard. 2 patches ago were great. These last two have had some serious retard moments.

I don't know why they nerf blink, Ryung showed how Widow Mines can be used against it and against alot of P Aggression and still just turtling till you got defense+army to roll over the P was and will be the solution. On the other hand I feel that the change to blink won't do anything big.
The Fungal buff confuses me isn't Range 10 even better than what they were before the WoL Infestor nerf ? Wouldn't that nerf Ghosts and Templar indirect right after they went on to be a more popular unit and especially in my opionion interesting units. And well I don't see how that won't affect ZvP/T since they only wanted to change Infestors for ZvZ.
I would like to see more splash damage for the single target damage decrease, but that might be just imbalanced.
Oh and as TheSkunk on b-net said a double heal instead of more heal per target might be better against splash.
Maybe even a full split-up of the heal would be good.
(Imagine a fungal on marines where after the second fungal some marine have full life while the other ones die)

They are trying to address Mutalisks in ZvZ it seems. Personally i think mutalisks are too strong now. However they need to be stronger than they are in WOL now. ...i like variety of potential styles with in mirrors.

I would love to see a mid game ZvZ where Both Mutalisks, roach hydra, and Roach infestor styles are viable. Its just going to be so tough to balance right, with out impacting the other match ups.

As fungals are strong if there are banes, microing fungal missile + banes won't be as easy as the WoL fungal... And i hope it will make tanks comme back in Hots.

We just need better tanks so that they can actually be a STRONG unit

See, that is a terrible approach to addressing mutas. First they buff muta speed. Then they are like, oh, well that means we need fungal to be better to catch them. Now again phoenix play will be instantly shut down when infestors come out. If they hadn't changed muta speed in the first place this wouldn't have happened at all.

Zerg has no chance vs mass sky toss and terran air though.... and dont forget it is still a projectile

WTF 170 seconds on Blink?

EDIT: OK calmed down a bit and think about them.
Like the widow mine and medivac changes, healing upgrade change might promote BC play but some work might be need on BC.
Fungal 10 range is a bit over the line imo, the original 9 is a better idea.
And Blink is indeed a bit too strong, especially in PvP since you don't need an obs to blink into enemies' main.

More range to cast a missile = harder to hit. Even if the missile is faster.
But if the infestor manage to come close, it will be able to hit. But if your infestors are near enemy units... They can die easier.

Problem is all toss upgrades must be implemented with the idea they can be completely chronoboosted, resulting in long upgrade times.
