Okay, cool. And the Thor still has its ground attack when it's in High-Impact form, correct?

Hmmm. Pretty good. A few complaints, all of which are theoretical but seem fairly obvious:
Widow Mine No longer hits cloaked units.
Protoss and Zerg are both getting easier detection. If the Widow Mine doesn't hit cloaked units anymore Terran is going to need another way to detect to even things up.
Raven Seeker Missile has been redesigned:
By doing this it's removing the only splash damage spell Terran has, which is sad.
Oracle Pulsar Beam
The problem with Oracle harass is going to be the same as with Phoenix harass: It becomes impossible as soon as the enemy builds a bit of anti-air static defense. Maybe have Timewarp stop missiles coming from static defense?
Dark Shrine Cost is now 100/100, down from 100/250.
I thought David Kim said they would try to increase Dark Templar viability without making the DT rush stronger. This change will make the DT rush stronger without increasing DT viability that much.
Void Ray Prismatic Alignment (new ability) increases damage to armored units by 6 for 20 seconds, with a 1 minute cooldown. This does not scale with upgrades.
Hmm. Doesn't this basically mean that this ability will last long enough to help with almost every fight, and in almost every harass scenario? If it's just one more button that needs to be pressed without any real excitement I don't see the point of it. Also, Protoss in HOTS will already have sooo many abilities to use, with the new spellcasters.
Ultralisk Burrow Charge has been removed.
This might be good for balance reasons, but not, I think, for design reasons. I think everyone liked Burrow Charge, it was cool. Also it helped with the Ultralisk pathing problems.
Anyway, good changes overall.

The Medivac change seems kind of to powerful. As a terran I feel it's to much or at least make it 3 supply or something

Yes.
Btw Maps that hide your BO are no longer neccesary. If you open a Custom Map you can now enable that the game will not be listed in your Match History.

Liking the changes. Can't really try them as it dropped me from 2 games and apparently b.net is now down (US).
I did get a game in with the new void ray and the activated ability. Very cool, you can target and blow up spore crawlers with 2 now.

I like the SM change, in theory. If there was a point where a T player had Raven energy (and wasn't dead), he could force some errors on a Z player by scanning, using SMs and then moving in to EMP/Snipe Infestors while the Z player is busy running his BLs away.
With the Thor AA change and mech/air upgrade fusion, I think T will be in a very good spot going forward.

Can they target buildings? I don't think they can

HOLY HELL THANK YOU BLIZZARD
BLIZZARD IS LISTENING! AFTER SUCH A LONG DARK PERIOD BLIZZARD IS LISTENING!
I thought this day would never come. Excuse the caps.

this is great its just what they needed to do.
All these strong offensive options with defence staying similar means that players with good gamesense and scouting are going to be rewarded more. Really looking forward to this lol.

Just played around in the unit tester. One Oracle can beat one Stalker lol.
3 Thors cannot beat 2 BCs.

It has a long-ass cooldown (longer than the Widow mine's CD), so there will be some choice involved.
The only reason I don't like it is because it's so straightforward, like Corruption.

Wow, I think medivac is really strong now!

This is cool i like everything except the medivac buff...honestly this is going to be ridiculously OP in my opinion.

The mode shift takes 4 seconds. When in High-Impact Payload mode, the Thor switches to a different anti-air gun (250mm Punisher Cannons) that has 10 range and deals 24 flat damage. Thor radius, inner radius, and separation radius increased from 0.8215 to 1.
This is the qutest and most subtle change ever. Remember David Kim saying that mass Thor strats were hurting E-sports because it was hard for them to estimate the size of Thor based armies? Never mind the collossus which is actually worse since it can "hide" units underneath it and a way more common unit to mass at the time, lol.
So now, when they buff the Thor, they still think of the n00bs by making the collission radius larger.
Isn't that qute?
The new thor is actually seriously small as well.

lol only a terran would complain about needing more detection
emp scan (un killable) raven turret
protoss msc+tempory detection observer canon
zerg fungal spore overseer
you already have 1 more way then the other 2 races you dont need more
