hey man, i'm the original requester. thanks for doing that...but yeah, it didn't work? i don't know.
i managed to lift the CC and rax off and float them around to live but when the mission finished it said 4/8 hatcheries destroyed but it didn't trigger the achievement when the last one died or at the end.
i'm not sure when or if if can be done but thanks for trying

Can anyone sort the uploads by achievements? I keep on loading brutal uploads expecting to get the achievements, and they're all some (compared to "pro" gamers) really bad plays that win. IE: The ALL IN used 4 artifact novas.
Also does anyone have a save file DURING campaign where you have enough credits to buy the remaining starship upgrades?

This would have helped if I knew about this before I spent the last 18 hours going through the campaign again on brutal. I finished off every achievement. Anyway, I couldve saved more but again, didn't know about this thread. I've looked through my saves and dug out a few:

You'll have to beat All In completely, by yourself, on normal. This will take 30 minutes of your time and save yourself the grind. I have no way of going back and checking to make sure this works but as far as I know this was the last save I made before I got it.

its because you need to safe just before the 4th hatcherie dies, cuz u get the achievement ingame, and not after its finished, anyway, try looking up psystarcrafts channel and then zai's brutal walktroughs, its there for every map including _most_ of the achievements, also the 4hatches one, its not that hard

these don't seem to work? i'm not sure if blizzard finally got wise and this doesn't work any more or if they are saved at the wrong time or something.
shatter the sky was defiantly under the required time but it didn't trigger the achievement.
these are all still good for getting portraits but they don't seem to work (or work at random) for achievements

Can someone check to see if these last two work? They're saved at a menu screen instead of in game so they should still be workable in any version. I originally started my brutal campaign in october or november but finished it yesterday in 1.2, my original save that was half way through still worked, just not a mission one. As far as I know both of these saves should work.

Note: Progress needs to be done in the original order you did the missions, so just follow the missions through as seen in the mission archive and start with mission 1. Continue in the exact order as seen in the archive. Do NOT do Pierce the Shroud. For some reason it glitches and reverts progress back to 0/25 unless you were to load from a previous save. I'm putting this up here because I went through the campaign about 6-7 times for achievements and what not. This save has my choice upgrades and what I consider the best and easiest mission path. I went through on casual to get all upgrade money and spend it as I did the missions and then I went through and redid it all on brutal. So if you're an achievement whore like me and want 0/25. Try this save and just do the missions yourself. You don't have to worry about buying upgrades or anything. Only mistake I made was waiting a little longer to get medic increased healing but even without it I had no problem at all doing any of the missions. I'll trust by using this that you'll know how to make use of resources such as youtube to watch strategies for any mission you're having trouble with otherwise. Particularly Safe Haven and Haven's Fall were made extremely easy by use of vikings and banshees. Get 17 of each and you'll roll anything.

Note: You have less than 2 seconds to blink to the portal before you die. I attempted it from this save 3 times and was successful on all attempts. Just know the hotkey for blink and be prepared.

If u load GetGood's "Wings of Liberty - Brutal" all u need to do is any mission. The achievement system checks the archive of the save and sees that there are all the missions already done on brutal. Happy 25 Brutal achievement lol.
edit: as a side note: the "liberty completionist: brutal" does NOT count the missions so looks like that u have to do all of them if u want the 29 brutal achievement.

Nope, The 0/25 achievement has to be done in the same campaign and in the same order originally done. To my knowledge, loading multiple campaigns for brutal wins doesn't further the progression because you're loading different campaigns and the progress will reset. The only way I can think of it might working is if you had someone who went through on brutal and posted all their near-victory wins from the same campaign and you loaded them in order but even then I'm not sure (still pretty new to this thread). I'm not going to say my save is the best possible way to get the achievement but I've certainly made it easier for everyone else. I got the max possible amount of money without glitching it (was never able to get money glitching to work). and all of that money was used on upgrades as the missions went so don't have to worry about bonus objectives or research points. Just beat the missions and the next mission you'll still be perfectly equipped without falling behind on tech.
