The biggest problem is that, to the extent that it wasn't a fait accompli already, Kaep has likely permanently lost the Niners locker room as a result of this mess.
He'll be sitting on the bench from the beginning of the national anthem to the end of the game soon enough. And then he'll be sitting on his couch.

I've been reading the camp reports. Smelter did little to stand out before his injury. Plus, the Niners seem inept at developing their own receivers. That may have something to do with having Blaine Fucking Gabbert as the QB, but I'm very far from getting excited about Smelter or any aspect of the Niners passing game. Except I do kinda like Vance McDonald as a sleeper TE in fantasy because Gabbert actually likes throwing to him. Yeah but I refuse to listen to logic when it comes to my boy

Man I'm getting sick waiting for the mri results from teddys knees. all the tweets coming after the incident after it happened are painting worse and worse pictures.

Non-contact injury? Guessing it's an ACL or something bad.

There was word that it may have been a full knee explosion.
I mean there was a full captians of the team held hands and prayed over him before they stretchered him out moment apparently.
If its been this long then it can't be good news. Hes probably calling family and friends before he has to retire.

And Viking season over.
This is why I never have faith in the Vikings. God himself doesn't want this to happen for us.

Vikings don't need a lot from their QB to still have a decent season. They have a very vanilla offense.
|
So do other teams fan bases have players are average or better but they latch onto the idea of them sucking and all of their good play, accolades, the occasional award and media recognition and advanced stats saying they're really good is them being overrated? Every New England team in every sports seem to have a guy like that at all times. Now I'll be the first to bitch about how spoiled we are but half or more of us still act like nothing can go right for the sox celtics bruins and pats, but I have a hard time believing even a fan base that I despise despite, or perhaps becuase of being part of can be the only one that does shit like this.

Yeah but the vikings have had "decent" seasons for so many years its not worth it anymore. Fuck we've never won the super bowl yet been to the NFC championship game and the big game more times then I can remember.
But then fucking wide right and then the soon to be star QB gets a knee injury and it all goes back to .500 bullshit.
While the packers get back to back hall of fame QB's and can't get more then one super bowl each.

I mean I'm saying that the fans are annoying me, not that they aren't winning. In fact I pretty much said the success they're having has lead to fans being really annoying.

Boston sports fans are the worst, but it's hard to argue with them because they've had success in NBA, NFL, and NFL recently.

LOL, people there just seem to have sharp elbows in everything they do. If you think they are bad as fans, they are even worse when driving.

Don't you know that the fans are directly responsible for their teams' successes?
