farva, i tried your advice today and it was WAY better. actually felt really bad in stomach prior to gymming, so i was worried (thought it could only get worse from there, right?). but after my first set i somehow felt much better LOL. overall it went pretty alright. i'd been on vacation though, so i went 10 pounds lighter on squat, which probably had something to do with it. i think the combination of breathing and doing a more reasonable weight helped. yeet @ffg: oh LOL ya oops edited :p i'm still like ~125 lbs and 5'10" so i'm still tryna eat more. got myfitnesspal to track calories etc, but realized that it only really works well if you cook your own food, which i may have to do (since a lot of random restaurants aren't listed on it)

Squat: 170kg x 4-4-4-5 Bench: 1125,5kg x 4-4-5-4f 4 sets of toes-to-bar Wednesday: Deadlift: up to 190kg x 3 Bench paused/explosive: 70kg x 6-6-6-6 4 sets of Pull-ups I took a break from deadlifting for 10 days and it paid off. Still I have to be very careful not overworking myself. All low volume from now on.

Well DL's are good for the grip strength, as are dead hangs on a bar ![]() grip used to be my weak point but since i started doing dead hangs and 1 arm dead hangs on bars it has gotten a lot stronger Constructed a new program, excited as fuck to start it but i will do it after i deload :D

i mean when i started back up X weeks ago , i couldnt even pick up a 20kg weight could i (with 1 hand), rip. my dl form is so good now, i wish i could show you but i'm not bringing my laptop into that place. the thing which finally fixed it was doing narrow stance squats which gave me strength that allowed me to bend my knees and lower myself in a way that i'd never had strength to do before . you know, the 'sit down into deadlift/squats' thing. sounds weird but that's what is it. wider stance squats don't really work that, not the way i was doing them anyway, so i was never able to bend down in that fashion since like i said my base str is nonexistant and so that motion was basically inconceivable to me. i didnt do any mobility work to achieve this i cant say i'm doing them right for sure, but if you remember i used to post 5 minute straight videos of my trying to bend down to pick up a deadlift bar and not being able to figure out how to do it, well, there's such a massive difference now, and it feels good, it feels right, more or less, i can only assume i've got it down

107,6kg bw Squat: 175kg x 2x-2-2-2 Bench: 100kg x 7-6-6-6 A long run yesterday evening and walking 12km today probably were too much. Basically after a longer run I need at least 36 hours to fully recover. But after I missed the 3rd rep of the first set, I pushed through three more doubles, that was pretty good. I will have one hard training on Sunday, the next week is going to be less volume and less intensity to recover a bit. On average I am 1kg heavier then last week and I don't know why.

BW: 108,2kg (not as bad as expected) Squat: 175kg x 3; 155kg (3sek pause at the bottom position): 3-3-3 Bench: 117,5kg 3-3-3 40 minutes of robe skipping, including intervalls with double-unders (5x40; afterwards up to 100 as quickly as possible) . I wish there were more people posting in here, like the olden days =)
