Dunno, maybe it's hereditary hair loss too. I just noticed I got a lot of hair loss since I started college, but it could be stress or just from hitting the age where it escalated for me. :/ | ||

and yeah, better to keep your health! Just gotta keep puttering along.EDIT: by the way, have you guys ever gotten like a hip flexor strain? I'm not sure what it's called exactly, but if you sit down and raise one leg up, it's that thick tendon you can feel on the raised leg, near/next to the hip, in front. It's like constantly sore for me. I've been doing forward lunges which help, but I'm not sure if there's anything I should be doing, like icing it? I feel as if I'm constantly flexing it, and thereby making it worse, but I'm not sure how to stop it. | ||

Still small, so gonna try and get to 110kg at 10% over the next 2-3 years. Feels nuts that only 3 1/2 years ago I weighed 67kg and was at a shitty school. Thanks to y'all for the support and banter. | ||
