There's a guy I haven't thought about in a while, though he probably hasn't been out of the league for that long. Didn't he used to be called "velcro hands" or something? He was like third in Heisman voting one year, IIRC. EDIT: Without looking, how many times do you think Braylon Edwards had 1,000 yards in his career? | ||

I find it funny that Avant stayed in the league longer considering Avant was definitely number two back at U of M. I lost interest in him after he got a DUI and he played for my least favorite team | ||

He seemed to be a top notch receiver for a while but I guess I was remembering incorrectly. I think he struggled with drops at some point. Agreed on the Avant point, though he seems like the model citizen which Edwards clearly wasn't. | ||

I'm super stoked we won vs Washington because they are a lot better than they are given credit for, I think they will be good down the stretch and I think they have to keep Cousins in because he is playing extremely well. | ||

they're falling apart from one of the best Defense to the worst. From a top tier offense to a mediocre who can't score a single point in second half in three games. | ||

Those are really hard to maintain (see Jets, or even the Bucs and Ravens after their 1st titles). Harbaugh has had the best coaching run since Bill Belichick in the early 2000s. Its really impossible to maintain a great team unless you have a great player at QB that can stay healthy 3 straight conference championships is just ridiculous. | ||
