according to the Leafs he has had zero concussions. Just multiple cases of "whiplash" with mysterious concussion like symptoms.

teams have been circumventing salary caps for years in every sport that has a cap.
from the Canadian Football League to MLS to the NBA right up to the NFL.

that is a great way to circumvent the cap and has been used in other sports.

The Minnesota Timberwolves got caught doing a variation of this.. they promised Joe Smith he'd be an "ambassador" after he retired.

Every few years teams in leagues like the MLS, CFL, NBA and NFL get caught screwing around with the salary cap rules of their sport. Its pretty much guaranteed that over the last 20 years lots of cheating has gone on that has gone undetected.

6.85M, and yes he can. you must not know about the UFA world.. grandpa streit just got 5.25M for 4 years
