I havent ever tryed knee wraps and lower bar, only belt and high bar all the way. Maybe I can do get some vids of a friend of mine just maybe, we shall see about that.  I heard those "knee wraps" will help you with lifting, does it get easier to come up? or how does this work :o | ||
