Will be interested to see what sort of scores I can get on it with some proper muscle training. You can use a mouse cord or anything from electornics, you dont need more than one round around it to get it started, i demolished my last mouse and use that on at the moment, works fine ![]()

anyway meet back in a month lol it took me like 3 days to learn how to start the powerball (without a chord). mainly coz i couldnt practice much coz it fucked me so quickly. its like learning to whistle - its fucking frustrating and you have no fucking clue how you do it but you learn it eventually through perserverence

My sleep rhythm is non-existant. I cant really sleep at night. Last two weeks i had three days without sleeping at night. I get some sleep during the day, normally just on the floor. My body feels pretty shit al the time, and i dont know how i get my workouts done. Next workout is sunday, have to SQ 118kg for 5. Should be sleeping right now, went to bed three hours ago

I got shown in person though, I'm not really sure I could explain it in person, perhaps there is something on youtube. Anyway, there is a method I had found before when I didn't have my strings. Line it up and then kneel on some carpet, and run it down the carpet quickly, possibly repeating a few times. That should get it going. The computer on my powerball broke a long time ago so no idea what numbers I get, I seem to remember it hit into the thousands?

Back squat up to 405 then triples at 335 355 365 385 and two sets of 5 at 225 Cleans up to 275, back down to 185, then up to 325. Shouldn't have been any misses but my foot slipped on the platform as i was recovering on the 325 jerk T_T Clean pulls 3x2 @ 335

...their really is no such thing as programming unless you are at an elite level for your sport. The closer you get to the top then you have to use all the knowledge you have gained through the years and devise what you know to work best for you. first go in the gym like a god damn wild animal and lift weights heavy for a few years and see if its something you really want to pursue then worry later about talking to people who have done it and who know how to help you get more out of your lifting Good thinking. I can say for myself (I'm sure a lot of you do as well) that sometimes i think too much about what i'm going to do next at the gym. GOD DAMN WILD ANIMAL

Is it merely a toy or can it actually help with your grip/forearm strength?

Well, I have no source only my own anecdotal evidence. I bought one years ago before I started weight lifting, I guess I was maybe 15 and I hadn't done any at all and I'd bought it from a guitar shop. I can say for certain that my forearms (and also biceps, but they weren't big then), got A LOT bigger pretty quickly. My arm stopped getting tired when playing fast metal pieces on guitar too, which was why I used it. I'm not 100% sure about strength but it must do something, I know it's good for hypertrophy and some bodybuilders have used them. I don't really use it often now but when I do I do it in quick bursts at high effort in a hope it will increase strength. That's one good thing, as it's a gyroscope once you've learnt how to use it you can go as hard as you like. And it's definitely not just a toy. My granddad got recommended it after he had an operation on his wrist.

Been eating an over 4000 cal protein-heavy diet daily, yet I'm still losing muscle mass and body fat by the minute. The downside is of course less bulk, especially evident on my biceps and pecs, but the upside is that I have so much definition that I now have an 8-pack for the first time in my life. Goal here is to eat 5000+ cal daily, and maintain my current weight of 65kg at 173cm. Doctor has advised me not to workout, run or play sports, basically anything that would strain my muscles too much and get my heart rate too high are forbidden. Walking and light yoga are my only sources of exercise for now, I just hope I don't lose all my muscle mass by the end of the year ![]()
