btw the lsus programming is pretty fun. Im in the 5s cycle right now.

Man that LSUS program seems crazy. How do you go about finding your 10RM for the 10's cycle? Do you actually test before hand or just go with estimates and add/remove weight from there?
First time doing snatches from blocks today. Didn't go super heavy but I liked the feel of it.

I noticed you doing some box jumps at the end of your video donkeys, do you normally do those? I did them for the first time ever and jumped off the box just like that, ended up with a calf and ankle injury that put me out for a week and still acts up now even though it's been like 3-4 weeks. Just a bit of personal experience I thought I'd share so others don't end up like me.

No I never do them, I just saw some guys doing them as part of the WOD in my gym and felt like trying it out lol. I tried going higher but I missed and almost fell and knocked the stack of plates down haha. Gotta be careful with those.

If you can figure out how to snatch as well as you can, dismounting from a box shouldn't be too difficult :-p

well every week you have to test for the 10rm. I set the bar a bit low on the first week, then I just try to beat it every week.
For example my back squats: week 1: 110/10 week 2: 125/10 week 3: 130/10

PR snatch day!! Walked in with 92 PR...
Missed 90 3 times then told myself to focus on form & smashed 90! Then bumped up to 95 and smashed it again! Felt so good that I put on 100!
Proceed to miss it 10 times. Oh well. :p

How much do you guys weigh? I read them in passing, but I really don't remember.
Decaf is 90-95? Dimsum is something like 65-70? Donkeys is 80-85?

Couple vids from tues, CJ was feeling pretty decent despite having a heavy squat session earlier in the day. I usually put on a belt at around 130kg but was perfect up to 144 then couldn't hit 147 to save my life rofl. Jerk is feeling really good these days.

I'm 62 kg 
Going to start olympic lifting. I'm subletting a room in a house with some guys I don't know that well, but one of them competes, and I"m confident enough in squats/dl/etc to begin that.
