Though I think you should make a Fleet Beacon no matter what (Creator didn't and that was his key mistake there imo), without range you have no shot if commits hard and if he doesn't commit hard you're better off for lategame anyway since it opens up Carriers (or even void ray speed if he goes corruptors)

Yeah this would've been hard to hold no matter what but when you scout it only as the queens drop on your third and as your void rays are on the other side of the map, it's not gonna work

Good try, Creator. Hopefully he can take either Ragnarok or DRG so that we can have a confirmed PvZ again in the final.

Have a sinking feeling that whoever grabs the next spot will upset Trap and then be steamrolled by Dark/Rogue

Golden Wall might be interesting, but I won't get my hopes up considering who is playing EDIT: it wasn't bad, but unfortunately it's as good as over at this point EDIT2: OR IS IT

Just watched Rogue - Creator. Impressed by Creator. Always love seeing Rogue play Muta. It feels like his mutas never stand still for a second.

Absolutely none. Possibly the worst possible matchup that could've come out from both RO10 groups.
Maybe I'll turn back the stream later just to catch the last match.

People often underrate Rogue and downplay his success until he's going up against their favorite player

My man DRG is really gonna not use either of his spires, huh And with how terrible broodlords are in ZvZ it's really quite a waste of money

Still not sold on the Creator hype. Yes, he's played quite solid and sharp so far. But he lacks the clutchness to take down the truly top players (Rogue, Dark and Trap). Would've been more exciting if hero had advanced. Although still rusty, hero has the Zest-like clown fiesta chaos style that could really squash bugs.

2 spires into 0 mutas into lose against mutas?

He beat Maru in the RO10. And although he's not quite the same level as Dark / Rogue, beating Solar before that was also pretty good.

Okay that was a pretty cool move by Ragnarok.

While I don't disagree, the Creator hype mostly comes from the fact he was a massive (and i mean MASSIVE) punching ball in GSL for the past 7+ years, and now he's actually looking like a good protoss, even though he's probably not the protoss savior either. It's an insane improvement considering how bad he was looking in those 7+ years.

Aye I’d echo that it’s not really a Creator hype train as just it being nice to see the guy playing some good Starcraft again.
Plus on the Protoss scale he’s a pretty straight up macro player, so stylistically I’ve been liking some of his play.
