I'm afraid the next big one going out is going to be soO.... soO can't go out he need to be the one breaking Serral streak in the grand final. It's the only way it can be right. soO beat Serral 2-0 on LAN last year but no one remembers because technically it was two bo1s played after eachother -_- Serral was defeated by soO before his streak started and he beat him 2-1 at HSC. His offline streak (in bo3+) started when he beat Classic 3-1 in march. His 0-2 loss to classic was in april. The casters even ignore it as they all say his last loss was 17th of march
The casters are wrong and the open streak obviously began after Nation Wars.

Jet lag doesnt exist, you filthy Korean elitist. In my mind and without a doubt: Maru is the best player in the world in preparation format and long tournament, because he is insanely good at preparing strategies and has the micro to do stuff no one is capable of. Serral is the best player in the world in week/week-end tournament, by far, because he is the most solid and consistent player in the world. In this format, I think TY has a much better chance against Serral than Maru in my opinion. Now the question is which kind of tournament is the "best representative" and there is no good answer there, it's apple and orange. Or Maru just doesn't perform too well when he's out of his element. Some people don't like to be in too unfamiliar places and he seems quite the introverted guy

That is possible too yes, but I wasn't as impressed in GSL vs the world, and this was "home" for him.

Yes, Maru dont like to travel to tournaments.
But i think it's harder to be consistent has terran since you have to gamble more than Protoss and Zergs.

TY's TvZ shouldn't ideally nowhere as good as Maru's. Serral just doesn't play preparation/ long tournaments in format, the closer you get is the ongoing WCS Winter.

that looked real sad i was really hoping gumiho with a cc first would've given us a good game
