I'm not convinced by the strength of liberator compositions anyway. only polt and TY seem to use them a lot, most koreans prefer ghosts too.

Most Koreans use both units in the late game, including TY. The zoning the liberator provides is very valuable and the anti-air capability doesn't hurt.
Inno skipped ghosts in Code A against Dark. But then again now he skips all infantry.
