U need 2 armies (in both mineral lines) that can beat the adepts in ur base since u cannot tell if the shade is going to be finished or cancelled - Adepts+Prism + Pylon overcharge allows for defense while having a unit count that normally would be way too low. Im not saying nerf all these things without making up for them. Like buff gateway units (other than adept) or do something else to make Protoss not need all those stupid things
Terran builds a Starport anyway but Protoss has to explicity build a Dark Shrine to be able to warp them in. I don't see how that is a lesser requirement. With the cost of the Dark Shrine it's also more expensive.
And you know what else is really strong? Fast medivacs which often times don't allow counterplay. Or Liberators. Fuck Liberators.

Well Toss players get to complain when Terran BS in form of Libs rolls out (another retarded unit that seems to be a band-aid fix). And i feel like often times Protoss gets to be aggressive with prism adepts while safely expanding behind thanks to the mothership core. This just seems to be against the basic concept that u need units to defend an expansion (or two). Like the terran definitely cannot leave their base as long as the prism is around so theyre bound to some reactive style while protoss can do whatever they want for the first 10 minutes. This is obviously exaggerated but the core of it somehow seems true to me.

Lolwut. The Starport is one of the 3 core production buildings of course u get it. But u never ever ever want a techlab on it. You absolutely need Medivacs and often times Liberators are kinda needed as well (due to retarded design in lotv). Imagine i snipe your observer and u need to lift ur robo, make an addon to it and then produce a new observer (which takes twice the time to build) and then fly it back again and start producing actually useful units like immortals and co
