And those 6-7 lesser Koreans have all shown they can compete with best at Blizzcon and back in Korea this year and they sure as hell showed much better games than what we've seen this week. The highlight of WCS this year was Polt vs Hydra, other than that it's been a wet noodle fight to see who gets crushed at the end when the Koreans remember that they're much better. I'm sorry but I really can't see how that's better than what we saw last year
Yes, all of what you said, and having a tournament that people actually care to watch. If a foreigner reaches the finals the viewers will be double. That is my definition of the foreign scene doing well.
I mean, don't get me wrong the tournament needs Koreans or it doesn't feel legitimate. Even if they are lesser ones. But they need to be dropping series/being upset for it to be entertaining.

Pet and Zanster could do it too as long as they don't go full foreigner

would foreigners ever do such a thing?

Christ, the only thing worse than watching my favorite player lose is getting shit on by all the people mocking region-locking right afterwards. Didn't even get to see all the matches, had classes. ;_;
Welp, dammit, I guess that's a part of sports. Feeling bad when your team loses.
Okay, so.. let's go Hydra. :D Bring the happy back.

In the middle of all this chaos, it is nice to know that the most important things are still unchanged.

i cant see anyone beating Hydra unless its a ZvZ, Polt looks shaky and ForGG has never had great play v Zerg.

Lilbow and Hydra have already been there, they'll handle it just fine.

Depending on the day. Also if its the finals. There is no way Polt loses the finals to a foreigner at all. But MAYBE he loses the ro8. The only way Polt loses in the ro8 is if ForGG makes it out of group D and TvTs Polt

Hydra always chokes and pet was already raped by polt while zanster was raped by forgg. So Polt has this easy he just has to train a little bit.

Stop calling Petraeus Pet you're making me think he's the Korean zerg who despite being mediocre would have a fighting chance
