It's slow, the maps are bad and the units in the game wreck it with ease. lennock isn't exactly in top for, but he knew how to kill it with ease, imho He just abused mistakes Supernova made. Nothing more. Those 2 games had nothing to do how good or bad mech is. Like the positioning of Supernova's units was so bad. For example Leenock was able to snipe Supernova's 6th refinery like 3 times in a row. No turret or Thor standing there. He was able to pick 2 Thors with burrow with minimal loses. Then again, Supernova got caught underprepared for mutas. He let his Raven die and never rebuild it and went on to attack on creep. The list is endless. Of course Leenock just won. Lets move on, this was just so bad.

Edit: You are right though, you cannot make many mistakes with mech

Yes, that is true, but he had the units right there. I see this happening all the time. Mech players positioning their units in a way Zerg can easily abuse it (either snipe key structures, or the units themselves - both happened in both games here). Obviously Supernova is a good player, but it's not hard to build 1-2 additional turrets in key locations, or build a sensor tower. On such large map, it's pretty obvious Zerg will try to drag out the game. And as a mech player, you should not really be looking to close it asap anyways. Do we agree?

I agree he did not play perfect, but especially on this map, mech is just unforgiving against zerg. He wanted a timing but it didnt work because he didnt do enough ealry damage. Then he should have turtled hardcore. But this is really difficult on this map, because you need a fourth.
