You must mean near the start when it was still ling bling wars, in which case, Lucky failed to kill the third, and went lair/muta, while PiG got ling upgrades and stayed hatch for longer and got his third up first, so managed to pressure Lucky after Lucky started going muta, and controlled it from there. Lucky kinda went muta too early because PiG was happy sticking hatch and being aggressive with hatch tech and managed to get some damage done and prevent the mutalisks from harassing.
