Yeah that allin is ridiculous :D I even scout it usually but it just doesn't matter, no idea how to stop it.
Don't go 3 OC double E-Bay by six minutes with no units.
"i can't beat zerg economic openings" "you just need to go fast 3 OC man, then you'll be on even footing"
this is why they shouldnt have taken away terran harassment options in early game >< has made the matchup have alot less depth
I heard scouting is pretty good.
It doesn't really work like that.
"Oh zerg just made 20 roaches at once, better start up my barracks now"
Roaches dosn't just pop out of thin air, if you are a pro gamer you should be able to identify gas timings/how much is mined, the timing of the roach warren, drone count, things like this. It's not like it's impossible to scout and prepare for in time.

daybreak is almost perfect 50% in korea
TvZ record: 438-606 (42%)
That's including foreigner chobos
still relevant to balance though ;p
Not really. Do we really care that Hazed beat Kauz or that SYZ beat Nomatch? Or when big name players like Nerchio beat Olajuwon? Seriously there are at least a couple players on every page of that list that I have never heard of.
The same is the case in Korea.
No it isn't. The only way you get games in the Korean TLPD is if you are at least fairly well known in Korea. I can look at the daybreak games in korea and recognize every player.

I don't get why MVP built his 3rd CC in a obviously scouted place but wasn't ready for a cheese. when he built it here I thought he wanted to bait an allin.

To bring up the old Idra-comment: There's nothing that indicates that the difference doesn't lie in player skills... rather than balance...
Overall I think the balance is pretty good Just a few maps and tactics are slightly race-favored... But then you just have to prepare for it. 3 super fast OCs isn't exactly playing it safe
over a 1,100 game pool though? i'm not saying it's imba, but it's zerg favoured. there's a reason it's the go-to map for loser's pick in ZvT

Let's play theorycraft!
So I scan a zerg base. I see a roach warren and 2 gas and drones and a hatchery. I know he has a 3rd. Are these defensive roaches or the all in?
Say I scan his other base. I see 1 gas and a baneling nest. Again I know that he already has a 3rd. So MAYBE I can read from that he's gonna do the timing and prepare for it but shit that's 2 scans I have to use to confirm that.
You're much better off just taking the risk. MVP got punished this time. Happens.
