I have no idea why anyone would voluntarily wear such a shirt in the first place (well, it gave me a good chuckle i guess). Maybe he lost some kind of "Incontrol and Tyler"-bet where the loser has to wear a ridiculous shirt.
But yeah i guess if i was forced to wear it, i would throw it on where there actually are women and alcohol, some kind of spring-break-like environment or so.
