It felt that Ret did a slower version of the timing, I've seen some of those that had 2 or even ONE gas (Bly!) and they hit really fast. In this one Kas could have a second banshee out before the banes started exploding.

Not only good player, but Kas is a true ladies man too.

I think it's a bit silly to say that playing Starcraft is more physically or mentally demanding than say, Nolan Ryan pitching at age 43. If major league baseball players can still be on the top of the world in their late 30s in such a demanding sport, what makes you think that humans can't play starcraft in their early and mid twenties at the top of the game? You have good insight. Playing video game is not nearly as demanding physically. I wouldn't be surprised 60 years old winning GSL if he/she has a chance and dedication to do so. Often times, people start to play games in teenage years. Therefore, it is only natural that some talents come up from those age bracket. When e-sports grow bigger and pro gamer career is taken more seriously by societies, then we might see more older age champions. For now, being younger is an advantage. Some say you have school, but if you start to work, school responsibility is such a joke compared to working responsibility. Maybe some youngsters don't understand that. I certainly didn't back then to be fair. Videogames really rely on your cognitive abilities, your reaction times and whatnot that decline relatively quickly. Plus only the young tend to have sufficient time to dedicate to playing full time which is probably part of it. Please don't tell me you are saying that playing starcraft is harder than trying to hit a 98MPH fastball, or a 87MPH Circle-Change coming from someone like Roy Halladay...As someone who extensively played RTS and Baseball for most of my life, I can definitely say, that playing baseball is much more demanding both physically and mentally, and the sport isn't dominated by 18-21 y/o's. Indeed, most don't peak until their late 20s or early 30s. There's a reason for this. You realize SC2 was released in 2010? When do you think the early 30s basketballer started playing basketball? At the age of 29? Not a chance. what? so you think that suppy is better than ret? I personally don't really like ret's playstyle but he has won international tournaments and done really well in many others but suppy doesn't have any accomplishments whatsoever (no doing decently in WCS usa doesn't count as an achievent... not even close to an achievement you could compare to some of ret's) strange point of view Whoever wins today is better. Whatever they achieved in the past means nothing. so suppy is now suddenly better than kas too? and goody is better than nestea because the only time the faced off goody won? yeah good logic lol
Goody would take the GSL easy if you gave him a code S spot. He could plan tank-placements for days and days in advance.

And he had to face forGG, which can be said that is the better player out of johnyrecco, which mana faced.
Why isn't he given any advantage over his opponent? This is the most stupid bracket system im seen so far. Satiini vs MaNa 3-2 ForGG vs jonnyrecco 3-2 ForGG vs Satiini 3-1 - Winners final, forGG advances MaNa vs Jonnyrecco 3-0 - jonnyrecco out MaNa vs Satiini - Losers final, winners advance. I know the GSL/winners format. But i think its stupid to copy it over to these tournaments aswell. Basically Mana gets free chance to beat his opponent again... Well.. its not up to me or us to decide, but i don't see the point of copying the format of overseas. You do realize how much worse round robin is, right? I don't, the GSL-groups has the most unfair system for a group stage I can think of. You need 2 wins, but if you have 1 amazing player, 1 horrible player and 2 mediocre players, one of the mediocre players gets a "free win" while the other gets a "sure loss". If the mediocre players play 1-1 the one with the free win advances. I don't see how round of robin is worse than that. Round robin is obviously more fair (which is why it is used in every real sport), but the GSL format has the advantage of being more convenient for the tournament oganizers.
False assumption. The main reason round robin is used is because it gives the most games.

Use 4 larvae on drones, 2 on lings, or whatever. literally both of you did not read anything. I fucking said that he needed to make those drones, i was talking about not making additional drones when the pressure first came, i acknowledged he made a huge round of drones and even said that was the only way to win because otherwise kas just pulls back salvages, mines his expo and wins with a HUGE advantage. Sometimes, when no one understands what you mean, there is a chance it's not everyone's fault
Regardless making 30 drones when you opponent is mining with 10 is stupid. Also, Ret lost.
