He had something like 25-30 seige tanks. He had so much power that he could have just rolled over MVP but MVP said no I would like if you didnt attack me for awhile while I do something awesome and then something awesome happend.
Ryung turtled while maxing on mech, which is all well and good (and what Artosis always raves about). He had a nice viking force but MVP went double starport (it's the whole reason his bio army was a bit puny) and took air control. Ryung can't push if banshees have free reign over him so he had to back up. MVP took the map and pressured with drops and his bio to keep Ryung back. Once Ryung had enough Thors to feel confident about pushing against a player with banshees MVP had so many bases that it didn't matter if he bought time by saccing 2 or 3 until he finally he rolled out with his BC's (and as soon as he denied the fourth Ryung could never keep up on air production).
*shrug* I just think they're being too harsh on Ryung. Maybe I'm just too much of an MVP fan though.
Also it's interesting that in the end, MVP sniping the raven right at the start on that otherwise failed push probably won him the game, since if Ryung still had it he'd have won the initial air battle.

The 3 former Kings of SC2 are the only champions we have left in this tournament. I am completely fine that my liquibet was wrong (I deserved it for violating my rule of picking 2 people who play each other first) and we NEED MVP Nestea and MC to go on just a little bit further this GSL.
Exactly. My liquibets might be way off, but I'm always going to root for the masters.
All I want is nestea, mc, mvp and july to get to the round of 4. That would make it the best season for me. Balance racial distribution with old guards
Agree sir. Although part of me wants hero go to to ro4 as well :D. Either scenario works for me!
