Please have some respect for the players, teams, and tournament. Criticism is fine, criticism without anything to back it up isn't so cool. Thanks! |

Someone posted it on TL, I'm going to believe him IMMEDIATELY!
If a player is later than a certain amount, the admins can auto-disqualify them or offer their opponent a free win. This, "pressing for a DQ" is extrapolated by random people based on little to no information.
Many players have auto-dropped games or been entirely disqualified for being late, this isn't the first time. Don't blame the guy who showed up on time, blame MLGs rules, the admins, or the person who showed up late.

Nonshock on 2012. Poor Sic08. Damn I thought for sure Sic08 was going to at least take a map rough tourney for him

though I guess the embarassment is that Some Guy somehow beat Puma
he acted like a kid and demanded to get a game in the series because Puma was 2 minutes late, and then cheesed 2 games in a row. I'm glad DRG swatted him away like a fly tbh. When Ostojy loses 0-5 and doesn't win a single game in his group I'll know there's order in the world. LOL oh man does ostoboy not know that many players have set the precedent of actually waiting for late players? Whitera for example...they even forfeited the games themselves to negate the DQ! i guess there are classy players who can wait for 30 minutes but less classy players who cry about 2 minutes...
And then cheeses him both times

If Puma and EG didnt want this to occur they should have been on time.
agreed, manage your players better and make sure they are on time!!

Give a source for "2 minutes" buddy... yeah, you probably don't have one and are jumping on the bandwagon from what others have posted.

Yeah, so basically you heard it from a biased source. Wait till you get the full story before calling people out already.

But why? To ease the minds of some people on the forums? Come on now, he's a competitive player and he has no obligation to not accept a free-win when it is offered to him.
Totally true.
But then he has to expect everyone to be really happy when DRG makes him look like an idiot on a major stage.

Nonshock on 2012. Poor Sic08.
Is MLG going to show Stephano vs. Inori on any of the streams?
Personally, I want to watch that more than these group matches.

I dunno if we can talk about non Starcraft, but JUSTIN WONG IS ABOUT TO PLAY ON THE MORTAL KOMBAT STREAM

Which is the most biased person apart from the players themselves. It's a dick move to waste other peoples time by not showing up and being ready for the game on schedule.

Yeah, he beat Golden and Puma, he earned his rights to be there.
Being embarrassed of losing to DRG is like being embarrassed for losing in 1v1 against Kobe Bryane.

Admittedly, DRG had one of the best executed six-pools I've seen. He double extractor tricked, only mined from the closest center minerals, and micro'd his lings pretty well in the engagement. I think he even focused the weakened drones with his spine.
