Tell him to win a tournament if he wants a spot. He can't be sent around to every foreign tournament like Naniwa is. GunieaPig has never been to a MLG, Dreamhack, or any tournament that he could qualify to get into the Blizzard Cup. Except the top three GSL rankings. Why cant he? Because his team doesnt think he is good enough to win while naniwa is? Whos fault is that? No because his team dosent have the money to send him.

How can you blame him? He is pissed off and have no motivation to play after getting cheesed out of the tournament.
That last match means literally nothing for both of the players and shouldn't even have been played. It's a stupid format. It is far beyond most people at TL to understand human emotion. We want PROFESSIONALISM in ESPORTS, fuck how the players feel. -_- Surprised to see a post like this coming from you. Obviously I disagree here. While I think the forum has greatly overreacted, I still wouldn't shy away from calling naniwa's behavior disrespectful to Gomtv, fans, and other professionals. If anything it is disrespectful of Gom to make players play worthless matches. There was no reason at all for that game to played. After that a bunch of forum people start complaining like there is no tomorrow. And you talk about professionalism? In what sport does a player or a team send out their a-team to play a match that doesnt matter??? We see this behaviour in every sport almost so I really dont understand the mass of haters. Uhum? In every sport teams play matches that "doesn´t mean anything" but the pride in winning. That´s the very foundation of all sports. You seriously think the teams in the football world cup play to win some prizemoney? Even if a crappy team loses all their games they will still fight like crazy to take at least one win with them home, to show their fans that they tried their very best. You obviously don´t watch sports, or at least doesnt understand it. Since you bring up football we can compare it to champions league. Last stage of group play when teams are already qualified you always see teams change their entire line-up for reserves. I guarantee you they don't do it for the fans.... I think you´re missing the point. The "reserves" play to win. In fact they want to win really bad. It´s the COACH that realizes he need to save the best players for the later stages. The coach knows the players will play to win every game, so he has to make the decision for the players. Yes but the reserves play to win because they want to show his coach and other teams how skilled they actually are so they can get more playtime. If NaNiwa was like, ok this "b-teamer" toss in startale can play instead of me because he wants to get known then that guy would play his heart out.

Leenock really is mini-July, he's not spreading his creep at all, even between bases.

First Thor on the way, OH that one medivac had units in it!

MMA is playing like a boss right now. Keeping leenock on the defensive the entire game. Look at the creep spread non existent.

MMA losing a lot of medivacs.

Let's assume off creep. Marines > banes.

I really feel like terrans NEED to get a raven vs leenock
Yeah, they're expensive and vulnerable, but you KNOW he's gonna burrow banes

I don't see the big problem with what Naniwa did, and to the people claiming it hurts eSports.. all major sporting teams pull equivalent moves.
For instance Manchester United will field a team of juniors and reserves in an insignificant match (if they're through in groups or have won the Premier League, ect), and I don't see football hurting as a sport.
Also, to be fair, 7 probe rushing isn't a worse tactic than what Nestea pulled lategame in the Blizzcon finals.

WOW, LEENOCK target the medivacs with energy, kills them all and the 3 living medivacs are the one that didn't had any energy..SOSICK
|
Critical mistake to a-move the medivacs into the Mutas. Luckily he didn't lose all of them.
|
Woa.... sick blunder by mma rofl, wtf
|
Terrans should learn not to have medivacs in the same control group as their armies.

Guys I don't think Leenock can beat MMA and Polt can't beat Leenock and MMA can't beat Polt XD

Why does it matter what the people in the MVP thinks of this? They are obvious biased as they didn't even let naniwa practise with them when they were in the same team. People have been shitting on Naniwa forever, but when other people does disrespectful stuff people here acts like it's a totally different matter. I totally support Naniwa for his decision, even if I would like to see a rematch between Nestea - Naniwa. You know why - it doesn't. I didn't pay attention that it was from MVP and I didn't know that guinea pig has troubles with tournaments - I merely quoted the author, because I simply find the content good.
