You might have accidentally changed the saturation or gamma on the GOM player.

Regardless of match "meaning" anything, doesn't matter at this point and at this level of play. Spectators come to see a game, to see entertainment, to watch who they "supposedly" support if you can call it that with this player. This could have been a TERRIFIC show match of sorts and in the end could have turned out to be one of the most memorable matches to date. Whether it was "pointless" in this child's mind, and this is a child we are speaking of, there is a BIGGER picture and much more responsibility at this level of play. With this action, with this uncaring attitude, and no regard to the "big picture" of what everything brings to the table I feel Naniwa is in this spotlight for the "wrong reasons". And that comes quite evident in what we witnessed here today. Now heck maybe publicity is better than no publicity at all, maybe this strategy is to make headlines, to be spread, for people to talk about and if that's the case, it sure is working across the globe how ever you look at it. Though I think we all can agree at the end of the day, when everything is said and done, the only people that will cheer this negative banter on, are the trolls and individuals who find everyday ignorance funny. Does this kind of blatant disrespect bring positive or good? Or does it hurt the overall image of what we are all trying to achieve as a whole? Robert "Evil-Doer" Echternach

Wholeheartedly agree, "NANIWA LOST A GAME THAT MEANS NOTHING NO MATTER WHO WON, BURN HIM AT THE STAKE AND BAN HIM FROM GSL!!!11!!!1111!!!!!111111!!" Seriously people, get a grip, it's such an insignificant thing. You're a random viewer who probably doesn't give a shit. However if you hosted a tournament, set their computers up for them, had sponsors and advertizements and maybe even money betting on the matches and someone did this? How about if he was a player in your team and you want your team and your teams sponsors to get fame and exposure? How would you feel? Seriously I hate people who only think about things in their own perspective and think of it as the truth. Everyone needs to read this. The match was mean meaningless , nani has right to forfeit he just did that in a different way. This attracted much more attention positive and negative... that what sponsors want. If they ban him or even fine him somehow that would be most retarded thing ever.

What this community likes to do? Either lick someones boots, or bash him. Especially at reddit, >75% of posts are of community figures and not of the game itself. I don't think nani actually thought it out much and did it just because he was pissed, but either way he gave the community something to discuss, far more so that any normal game under those circumstances. That's definitely not bad for anyone, well, as long as it doesn't happen every other game. Won't say anything about betting as that just sounds completely random. CoCa didn't thing it out much either, still he got punished hard.

I think he thought it out enough to realise how emberassing it would be if he lost to nestea after talking all that shit. And just pussied out of the game with his tail in between his legs , probably thinking it would make him look cool. How old is he 12?

Should Stephano be punished for chatting yesterday? No. Should he be reprimanded? Yes. Should Naniwa be punished for doing a bad strategy? No. Should he be reprimanded?. Yes. So many have shifting standards based on their like or dislike of certain players. Dislike him all you want but be objective. "Bad strategy." Yes, clearly probe rushing and taking hands off keyboard is "bad strategy." I'm not a fan of ad hominem attacks, but your logic is so flawed that it's depressing to Swedes resort to such bullshit arguments to defend Naniwa. In case you missed my point, what Naniwa did isn't bad strategy. It's throwing a match. Please go back to the GSL rulebook and look up the consequences for that. I admitted to sugarcoating it. I haven't said what Naniwa did wasn't wrong. What do you think about Stephano? I don't find anything about throwing matches in the rulebook, please direct me to them. It was an bad and unsavory thing to do, I agree, but was it illegal?
