HomerJ and TT eSPORTS presents the TteSPORTS Cup
The TTeSPORTS XMAS Cup is a series produced by HomerJ eSport Entertainment and it is
sponsored by Thermaltake. In four free-for-all Qualification-Cups, each with a Max of 256 players, Only the best 16 will advance to the Grand Final. In the Grand Final these players will FighT for the prize Money of 1.337 Euro for the 1st place and Really good hardware for the other Players.
The winner of a Qualification-Cup will directly advance to the Grand Final while the other
players will be chosen over a point-based system.
The mappool will be Homerj Metalopolis, Homerj Xel'Naga Caverns, Homerj Shakura's Platuea, Homerj Crossfire SE, Homerj Terminus RE and Homerj Tal'Darim Altar. ( just for the easyier browsing, the maps are exactly the same as before. )
But that is not everything. In each Qualification-Cup there will be some hardware prizes for the viewers sponsored by TteSPORTS.
The Cup will Actually be casted by Homerj in German and by Khaldor in english!

I'm really enjoying your cup, the only thing is that it is kind of tough to follow since the grid doesn't get updated very fast. I'm not expecting up to the minute; within an hour would be fine.

I already wrote this in the ImbaTV-Cup thread. You can't allow players to play 2 cups in the late stage. There is just no downtime once it gets to semifinals and finals. ImbaTV had to wait about 30mins until their final got started, now Kas plays the Bo5 final and there is no game for the Xmas cup where Kas is in the semifinal.

It wasn't the decision by the HomerJ Team, TLO himself decided to not take the def-win and proposed to play the finals tomorrow. (source: HomerJ Stream)
They don't know at waht time they will play, at least they'll send the Replays to the Homerj-Crew for Replay-Casts.

it's the tournament organisers responsibility to start doing that though.
Dario probably really wants to win this tournament, even if it is just a small online cup and a defwin is a rather unsatisfying way to do it.

It was the decision by the HomerJ Team to let TLO decide.
And this is a bad one, because players usually don't wanna take a defwin and fight it out. But the organizers have to think of all the spectators who were there today to watch the finals.
Kas should have retreated/been kicked way ealier once he went far in two tournaments to prevent this to happen.
btw. I doubt that hobot really was too tired to play his semifinal. Pretty sure he already secured a place in the finals and Kas had to advance. So since they are teammates he took the defwin. Another shady thing. (similar to the Byun/Coca incident)

I'd certainly up to cast the tournament in english if you guys are serious about adding other languages Got a GSL Cast at those days but thanks to the time difference it wouldnt be a problem to cast a european tournament as well. Sent you a PM!

A big anouncement today for the Grand Final and all viewers of the world!
Finally we got an Caster for the english language for our Grand Final. The Event will be Covered in German by Homerj, and in English by Khaldor! Looking forward to this awesome cup.
I will update the Thread with the Final 16 Players after the decider Game is played for the 16th Slot.

upgrade are important but the unit composition is really important to retain, so can't upgrade if you just lost alot of tanks. And Ultras aren't to bad against mech .. so are broodlords. But vikings rip broodlords and hellions are the perfect ultra tanks and roaches block them as well. Ling ultra works better, but you need something for the hellions first fungal works really well there if they push forward to block the ultras you have to poke em ^^. And pulling back from unsieged and sieged tank mix is a self kill xD.
Goody should play the first season of HotS in code S, with the new mech units i am sure he will win it without a loss xD.

The problem is that they play each other enough that GoOdy knows Lalush never makes mutas, so he can afford to stay on tanks for a while before getting some thors, the vikings and hellions would spot any spire to go down and he always gets plenty of turrets for burrow detection, usually building armor as well. In other matches GoOdy generally gets thors faster, or denies lair tech with cloak banshee to force spores and queens.

No no one knows why ... but goody has no problems against mutas. He just defends them with no damage and walks through the zerg army. Its mostly because his insane production capability and he always knows what units to reproduce. And at the end he will get vikings ... viking thor if both are upgraded destroy mutas. He also takes workers with his army to repair in some cases and in general has 20 or 40 more army supply, so you can't win against him as zerg. (that said, kill your drones down if you have 4k overmins and fight against a terran).
And mutas don't work if there walk 9 +2 attack thors around with workers for repair and building turrets, even magic box won't cut it heh.
He just knows the perfect composition that works against almost everything. And as long as he can retain it and you are greedy with your eco ...
Also it seems his tanks are invincible ... walking through anything unsieged as well ... its just so strange ... i wish i could play mech like that *sighs*

Not only has he been casting all night, he literally SPRINTED what I heard was like 4-5 blocks through Seoul to get to the GOM studio because there was a scheduling mess-up.
Khaldor is the savior of ESPORTS. KR, NA, EU, SEA....doesn't matter. He saves them all.

No, don't do that but send more ads, especially owned3D who gives french ads so I know my region is contributing (often I get zero ad on twitch).

Well deserved win for Kas
I think perhaps at a different time or on a different server Polt would have taken the series, but Kas definitely had a huge home field advantage.
I wish Kas would attend more LANs so we could get a true test of his skill.

Kas is seriously fucking good. WCG and this tourney just helps show everyone. I remember him kicking ass in TSL3 too. I'm pissed he isnt going to Homestory Cup ((((((
