Idra hasn't put together a good result in a while. And then there's this tweet: http://i.imgur.com/ssWYE.pngI mean it probably was legitimate games, but to instantly cuss out those raising questions is ignorant. This type of thing has happened in esports tons of times before. The reason people cuss out those raising questions is that it's a pretty serious accusation. If players are fixing matches, then there goes the credibility of the sport. That isn't something you should just throw around when someone pulls off an upset or when one player looks worse than you'd expect them to. If there's evidence, if there's a pattern, if there's anything substantial, then sure. But just saying "Puma didn't look good against Idra, must have thrown the match on purpose" is pretty awful in my opinion. That's actually a big deal, this is supposed to be a real competition, not a professional wrestling match. Edit @ the tweet: probably just a tweet :-p Hopefully. If you think he's serious about that, then sure, discuss it, I just get frustrated when some people talk about match fixing so casually -.- Upsets happen, but especially when the same thing happened with demuslim vs idra only a few weeks ago, it raises questions. Did you read the above post? You have virtually 0 evidence that there is any match fixing going on. To simply throw around that term is extremely dangerous. You should seriously think about what you're saying before making that accusation again... BTW the Demu v Idra thing is a lot different, Demu joined the tourney then realized midway that he was ineligible or unable to play. 0 evidence except this tweet: http://i.imgur.com/ssWYE.png and the fact that Puma didn't need this to qualify for IEM championships while Idra did. Also think of how good of a story this will make, EG is going to get a TON of publicity if Idra wins. Okay well I think TLO threw the games at MLG Anaheim in the Elimination stage against Sheth, since TLO had already lost to Naniwa and would be facing a very difficult challenge to win in an extended series. I have no evidence. But it makes sense!!!
Why would a player throw a game? How does it benefit him in any way?

Does anyone else think it is funny when they say that the foreigners aren't that far behind? I mean I guess they have not watched the last 2 seasons of code a where they all bombed out early.... Also, as good as puma is it is kind of silly when they talk about him being a huge example of korean play. I would love to see more of puma in GSL/GSTL so that we can know, but really almost all of his results have been vs MC or in other foreign tournaments.

Jesus Christ you didn't get the sarcasm.

If that was a match fix that was an incredibly well-fixed game 2 in which Puma nearly clawed a win out of sheer effort.

The main difference is you don't have a screenshot showing liquid admins heavily implying it.
edit: also most people would guess that Sheth would beat TLO

While you might not agree with what Heavenly said, your post is a lot worse than his. I agree with Heavenly, because in the 3rd game, Puma mismicroed the engagement at his 3rd horribly, move commanding his marines into a pack of 3 banelings. Had he just let his marines a-move and kill the banelings before they even got close to the marines, I feel like the game would be very even.

Liking this from Puma in general. Hasu has a chance ish
Also is the IEM sound a bit off?
this is an amazing opening
Such a sexy opening by Puma.
Awesome opening but so sloppy to go up the ramp, could've denied the expansion for a while..
Sloppy up the ramp. Don't think he's too ahead right now.
Really annoyed with Comcast. My internet dropped during G3 of Idra vs Puma and just now came back on. Glad that I get to watch Slasher get his head shaved live at IPL though. :D
Such an abusive opening can really throw a protoss off their game.
Sexy opening, but i don't like the aggressive play by Puma there..
If he saved all those bio units PuMa would be WAY ahead IMO.
In my experience, Terran builds like this dont get copied on ladder.
why did he go up the ramp? just stay in the bunker and delayed hasu's expo while you get your own

Because someone has 1 mismicro doesn't mean they threw a game....

Sniping off early sentries is an okay trade for Puma really. Though losing that last marauder was bad, he just let it go up the ramp by itself after the forcefield wore off.

Man I love rotterdam...rofl.. go hasu!
