Instead he decided to turn around in the middle of creep and lost every single unit on the retreat. Ugh. But the series was a real treat. I originally expected 3-0 or 3-1, but Thorzain showed some amazing skills. And congrats to DRG. Anyway, can someone post links to VODs or replays if there is any?

He consistently does better against Koreans than most foreigners but doesn't dominate the foreigner scene like you'd think. I'm not saying he does bad against other foreigners, but he can lose to players who get eaten alive by Koreans. dno what u talk about. Back before he went to korea, he was one of the top players, but not the number 1 or so. and he did farely well: Ok showings in Homestory+MLG, #3 blizzcon invitational, TSL win. Since he as in korea, he didnt attend to any foreign tournemnt till now - and he dominated in performance compared to other foreigners pretty much.

Thanks for watching and sorry for all the lag issues some of you have had out there. We are working hard with Twitch to completely iron them out by the time Dreamhack Winter is here. Promise!

Sooo many great games and I was probably the only one rooting for DRG, hahaha. My friend managed to win the Starcraft quiz too (with my answers) so he walked away with the full Razer SC2 set! He picked it instead of a TLO signed copy of SC2 right in front of TLO, LOL. I did snag the headphones though! GSL look here I come. DHI delivers yet again. Fucking awesome. Oh man, it would have been so awesome to be there. Me a bit jelly. But what is Kelly doing there/here in Sweden?

I'm not saying he does bad against other foreigners, but he can lose to players who get eaten alive by Koreans. His record isn't really particularly good versus Koreans though. He does better than guys like Kas, Happy, Strelok and BratOK because he's flat out better than them, but not so much better he can dominate them. The best foreigners like Naniwa and Thorzain occupy the middle ground at a bottom of Code A level where they will generally beat most foreigners but won't dominate them endlessly because they're not Code S level but like all Code A players they can take games from Code S players. They're about as good as Rain who has a brilliant record since joining Fnatic but is unlikely to win an MLG or a Dreamhack when Korean powerhouses are present.

The feeling you get when u see Thorzain is that he is not gonna be completely destroyed, even when he loses. He always puts a fight, and sometimes he wins tournaments. Haven't had that feeling from another foreigner ever.

And I honestly don't think it's about nationality. Because he's such an unassuming, talented and lovable dude? He's certainly the best non-Korean player in the world. If only he felt that staying in Korea to practise was a good idea.

Huk is a legitimate Code S player though and regularly beats mid level Koreans although his results since Homestory have been fairly modest at best.

He's Code S, has three major foreign tournament wins (even if his first MLG is pretty old now) and was the best foreigner at both of the last two MLG's.
