This is unnecessary in this thread. The zerglings engaged in a very inefficient manner without surround. I don't know what the upgrade on the zerglings were, but even if they were 3/3, that engagement was very poorly done. They were either 1/1 or 2/1.

I will say now that even if thorzain loses, the finals were still awesome and he surely made DRG crumble.
But Thorzaing, go for the gold.

Yeah that baneling bust was a bad idea and kind of where he started falling behind. DRG is good but is beatable. I think nestea is still a lot better.

Nestea wouldn't drop games to thorzain lol DRG pretty overrated in that regard.

Reason for GG:
his meele upgrades were bad cause of constant pressure. No hive-units in the near future as well. his 3 first bases were about to mine out, there was a drop at his hidden base he couldnt defend, while thorzain had 3-3 marines up and mining comfortably, even with the dmg done by DRG. he was more or less allin with his attack at the 2nd thorzain goldbase.

I think this is a big testament to a weakness of DRG. T-Zain's really calm and patient style seems to tilt him a bit. In both losses he made pretty bad decisions while Thorzain just constricted him into death.

Yeah, I guess, but it diminishes the win when gsl deemd it imbalanced and removed it. MLG version forces cross spawn too oh well, at least the game was okay.

OK first two games were lackluster from Thorzain, but this last one was sick.

Antiga Shipyard makes it almost impossible for a zerg to secure a 4th and 5th base sometimes vs good Terrans.
I can guarantee Thorzain wouldn't of won 2 games if the spawns were different, or even if it was a different map. No jokes, in all seriousness, it's true. I find it amazing that you would "know" such a thing.

DRG needs to abuse infestors before the nerf :D this ling-muta heavy play, while he's the best in the world at it, doesn't always work.
