Quick 3rd hatch against FE builds, roach ling timings, etc. All those are much more important than the infestor at GSL level.

They are playing just terrible is part of the problem. Note that I think he is playing terrible too at the moment. I can assure you that if Artosis hadn't convinced IdrA to play Zerg instead of Protoss he would call anyone who made that claim a retard.
He can't bring himself to admit that, despite his constant whining, protoss isn't OP. Because that is the only excuse he has for his awful ZvP.

I think he got a hold on the information that Guardian Shield reduces the damage from 0 attack marines by 40 percent, and then applied it to everything else.

Barracks nerf, warp prism buff, immortal buff, guardian shield buff, blue flame nerf. For protoss there's only a blink nerf that could impact things.
I dont think it will affect the state of 111 much to be honest. The 5 seconds barracks nerf doesnt really affect your output of marines, marines are still as strong and take the same time to build. Warp prism doesnt change much, immortals +1 range helps alot but you still have to walk right in front of marines to target the tanks. Guardian shield now reduces 2 dmg from tanks if I'm right. Tanks do 33, not that much of a difference. We'll see when the patch releases.
