To re-balance it a bit into the later game there could be an upgrade say on the robo support bay to decrease the warp in time on gateways and warp prisms. If they did this then players on the defensive could leave their gates shut down to increase their chances at holding attacks in the early game. Warp gates would still be extremely powerful too, fractionally less like having a 4 gates of your own directly in the other guys base. | ||

We've seen wonderful 4 gate games between huk/mc that lasted 20+ minutes, macro wars from hasuobs, etc. I kind of blame this map pool, even before the games are played the commentators were pointing out that this map and the last map almost necessitate 4 gating. Also I think puzzle lost the last game because he warped in units in tassadars main and they did no damage and made his army smaller (we only got a brief shot of it) | ||

But sadly these maps you have to 4 gate as there is no way to cut their army. | ||
