Another sick tournament on the SEA server! By the way, Dox, any chance you'll be releasing the replays afterwards? You know you want to! Also, I'm surprised that Koreans haven't signed up yet.
Regardless, I'm really looking forward to this!
|
Replays will definitely be published. I don't know of many Koreans who have SEA accounts or residencies.

Tournament for the SEA server? Sounds awesome, I'll be sure to tune in on saturday. Thanks Dox!
That said, If you desperately need more players to fill the bracket I'll happily join in the fun if only to have the luxury of having my ass handed to me by a grandmaster XD.

I don't actually play zerg, I play random on the ladder but i guess if i have to pick, then zerg is my best macro race at the moment.

There will be players of varying skill levels entering Selendis, and the very best players are being seeded to the Ro32 so everyone has a chance of making it that far, at least!
Hope to see you there.
P.S. 33 spots remaining!

I've now received 141 registrations (for a 128 player event), so reserves are being accepted now. Please don't let this deter you from registering or showing up, as every tournament always has no-shows! Reserves are very welcome.
I'll post the full player/reserve list this weekend.

Battle.net Name & Identifier: sAviOr#898 Race: Protoss Country: USA Yes, you're on the list of reserves, however could you please elaborate on your residency circumstance? I saw you on the SEA server but you say your location is USA?
|
P.S. The number of registrations is becoming a little overwhelming. I might have to increase the bracket size if this continues. Currently sitting at ~165 registrations. We'll see.

Thanks to all who participated, thanks to Kelly for the long and demanding stream, thanks to mOOnGLaDe and iaguz for putting one one hell of a show.
And thanks to sixjax.MajOr for trading account information with an Australian player and smurfing his way through the tournament and spending several hours trolling me/the channel after I specifically told him that only SEA citizens were eligible to compete. Trying to fraud your way into $350 is really admirable. Really.

Dox, keep doing what you're doing. Thanks for helping E-Sports, and taking the childish abuse for us.
Much ♥.

Sounds like a great event! I didn't realise that this was on and would've loved to participate. Will be looking out for it next time! Will there be another tournament?
|
Are there VODs? Gonna check out the replays regardless.

good job on this tourney!!!

I hate to necro a thread like this, but someone has just made a Liquipedia article for this tournament and since it is a fairly old tournament I would hate to see it go unnoticed: Dox Cup 1
