Your internet is also supporting 3 streams, around 60 computers and like 10 console.
Strange that they cant get internet to support 60 computers and 3 streams when dreamhack can support 14000 computers and 20 streams
Man, why is US internet technology so fucking behind this?
I guess the US have a bit more area to cover... cant be the only reason though
Well geez I wouldn't expect 40 GB covering the whole country, but in dense population centres you'd think they'd do a bit better. I get the impression that internet connections is not something the US government put a lot of money into, while Sweden (and other places like South Korea) do.
Government is not the solution..most of the time it is the problem. Which is why there isn't faster internet because of the high cost and red tape involved.
ahahahaha yes truly, corporations will solve all of our problems if we just let them run free like the wind
pro tip: every country with good internet had the infrastructure subsidized heavily by its government. it works
In a free market without hindrances to enter the market, it is the solution.
yep, contrary to all evidence in the rest of the world and all common sense. you must be right!

Couldn't they just abort the Grubby v DDE game and cast some replays or something? Hell, they don't even have to be from the event, just cast something.

Infrastructure is expensive. No ISP can run lines to every home, the state should do that and lease to the ISPs.

It's NOT BNET! It's their local internet!
Again if Blizzard released lan play, this wouldn't be happening. It's a problem on both sides. MLG worked hard to fix the stream from yesterday, but if blizzard won't release lan, this is going to happen.
you could stay stuff like that if every single lan Tournament was delayed because of massive lag like this tournament... Not when 90% of the tournaments work like a charm and then MLG fails hard... That's just irrational.
for some good lol's try watching the black ops stream. No wonder 1.6 is still the most played game on steam. The games look like a bunch of chickens running around with their heads cut off and smg's strapped on.

To be honest we gave the TelCo's(AT&T, Verizon, etc...) 200 Billion back in the 90's to lay fiber optics cables and we still haven't gotten the results from it up to today. Pretty much a big scam and well known among the tech community.
THIS!!!!!!! This is what I was saying in what of my earlier post, but a troll called me a troll

So many things about this event have made me dislike MLG, and I think the only thing that could make it even worse was if InControl would appear on stage and start talking. I really hate that guy.
