Yeah? So? That's the point. The better player wins. But no, here, any time a pro player loses it must be because of balance or maps. July is a full time pro gamer living in a pro gaming house, Nada is in school and doesn't practice as much as he could, and doesn't live in the ogs house. Why does the explanation for July outplaying him have to be in balance/maps instead of simply playing better?

Also, we can see how MKP did a very strong mech push against Kyrix which can be very hard for Zerg to stop. I think that you can not pressure beast zerg players efficiently. These big maps allow zerg mobility to be so much more efficient. Maybe MKP type of mech push would be effective but i think this time immobility of mech would be a death to Terran.

July outplayed him that match, simple. Us terrans have so many abilities and strats that are barely used as the game is still an infant, get over it. Don't forget Nada is attending school so he's not as refined as he should be.

Who was the best player? Overall very poor. Game 1 HuK 3gate expands, MVP fast expands, HuK tries to pressure MVP but gets crushed, MVP pushes with marines and a couple of tanks after raping HuK's "pressure" and wins easily. Game 2 HuK wins by 4gate vs MVPs cloaked banshee rush. Game 3 MVP fast expands, HuK does as well, but MVP pushes midgame with tank, banshee, ravine, marine, gets a good siege position under HuKs natural and thats that. Overall very uninspiring by HuK - the first game in particular it looked like he didn't even have a plan. He lost 3 stalkers to hold position vs a siege tank whilst trying to pressure... ![]()
