dont u feel a bit silly.. reuters is pretty big deal..
and i guess NK is stupid enough.. even China's pissed off

Well I feel bad for Haypro and hope he sticks with it in Korea, but I think we all recognize that his play was pretty underwhelming and he is a better player than what he showed this time. Jinro and Ret all eyes are on you!

So protoss qqers are still qqing? Good.

Is that a serious question? The very first post of the thread answers your question. He lost way too quickly 2-0

I will personally fund your flight ticket to SK, with all expenses paid for for you to compete in the next GSL. If you can make it to Ro8, I will run a drive from the members of TL to award u $10K for your troubles. If you don't, pay me back my money, and donate $10K to a charity TL chooses.
+ Show Spoiler ++1 to this and +2 if someone actually takes up the challenge
I personally think it's refreshing to show what will happen when western vs. "korean" style of play collide. I know Sen did great to move on yesterday, and if anything, this is more like a learning experience for the western scene. I'm very confident that by having "foreigners" enter the GSL, and maybe possibly in the future event of a Pro League, it'll vastly expand the popularity of SC2.
Even if to say none of the "foreigners" make it past Ro16, I think it's most fitting to say that it's good to expose them to this level of competition, where all of a sudden SeLeCt, HuK, etc. etc. aren't at the top of the boards. I have no doubt in my mind that in a macro-FOCUSED game any of the "foreigners" can stand their ground and do their thing just as good as July/NaDa/etc. etc. But instead now you have to deal with "funky" pushes that breaks you out of your comfort zone, and you learn more and more all those minute details for timing attacks, microing, etc. etc.
As I watch the GSL I start to notice very specific details about timing windows, etc. etc. That I didn't really get to notice when I would watch MLG for instance. Not to say KR > all, but KR is different,
Like if someone practiced Karate their entire life and fought nothing but other practitioners of Karate, then all of a sudden he fights someone who is focused on Grappling/Kung Fu, how do you deal with it initially? Essentially they're still forms of martial art, like how essential we all play SC/SC2, but the style is different, and at first you're out of your comfort zone.
I'm just throwing my two cents in, but I'm very confident that at least THREE westerners will make R016

North Korea just fired their artillery at the south. What's going to happen to the GSL when WWIII breaks out in the middle of the ro64?
Artosis should go down to the DMZ and get some footage with that fancy camera of his.

Uhhh, it's not the breakout of a war, North Korea is just putting pressure on the South to give them leverage for the upcoming nuclear talks, they did it last year too.

There are 9 matches to be played tonight, same as they did with the Ro64 last season. They started up around 10est, look at the schedule on gomtv

cant believe u ruined a pretty well thought out post with a +1 to the post above.. at least you put it in a spoiler tab..
It's a cool challenge and all but seriously.. uv never yelled at the tv when ur favourite sportsman fucks up? uv never said "ahh that was shit" .. u aren't criticizing because u think u r better .. we are criticizing because we think THEY (the professional) are capable of better.. not that hard to understand..

I really hate it that my fellow country man has to fight at 5AM tomorrow (my time). Those new times suck, I want to cheer for Ret. =[
