Because right now that win% needs another 0. His partners are Clide and Tester, so I don't think it was a joke. However their styles may be better suited to beat him than drop harass (clearly its not working). he said he got 10% win ratio against MAKA

For me it's like when someone does play as bad as HopeTorture the other player looks like a God when he beats him. And funny thing is that Zerg's random (hidden) expansions and Nydus in a base is such a cheesy and gimmicky play. C'mon, you gotta admit that. it wasn't random. If he expo'd ANYWHERE else he knew he can't hold tank drop. Forcing the terran to try and drop at the small gold ledge and then have roaches on one side, crawlers on the other ITR did exactly what cool wanted him to do. he didnt force anything. ITR had an easy win right there. Banshees or marauder/hellion push would been an easy win. The bases are so spread out and the fact that cool added 2 spine crawlers blindly would have made those pushes much stronger.
Blindly? BLINDLY? He had an overlord over the cliff of HopeTorture's base. He could see that tech lab factory. He put that spine crawler RIGHT next to the cliff, and the roaches on the opposite side PERFECTLY.

Respect where respect is due. IdrA is showing bad manners (surprise, surprise!) by disrespecting FruitDealers amazing play. This LR thread is worse than usual, full of raving, ignorant fanboys... Idra would stomp ITR playing like this. Congrats to Cool for playing well but it's really ITR's predictable/passive play and poor decision making that's dictating the outcomes thus far I wouldn't consider myself a fanboy by any means - I'm just impressed by the immaculate decision making by FruitDealer. I think you'd agree when I say that he's currently the best Zerg we've seen so far. IdrA is a very good player, yet he lacks the assertiveness that FD is displaying. He somehow comes up with the right counter every time, spots every possible drop and reacts accordingly. I highly doubt IdrA would stomp ITR, since the series wouldn't be so dominated either way. I don't know if you've played any tournaments lately, but it's really getting to your nerves when everything you do is being countered. IdrA sometimes seems too hot-headed for me to become a really great player. But that's maybe a misconception. Fact is: FD is playing at the top of his game. And I honestly think nobody else would dominate ITR in such a fashion. The build of ITR is very solid, yet depends alot on harassment. And so far, FD has repelled every attempt in extraordinary fashion. And that's pretty impressing.
Nice to see a well written and intellectual post. I don't believe ITR is playing that badly, FD is simply shutting his builds down completely. Remember these builds and his harass playstyle are what got ITR to the grand final, so they were obviously effective against everyone else.

I don't think anyone can argue that Cool is the best zerg in the world.

Wow, it's like people here don't even play games. When shit gets intense, things slip. It happens on ladder, it happens to the best players miss things and fuck up. How many times has something like this happened in a BW finals? Shitloads of times.

tasteless sounds better then what he sounded like at the start imo

Whoaaa. Cool don't playing zerg, he is the fourth race! He is above the game!

If he wins this 4-0, the most amazing part of it, imo, will be the fact that he did it on THOSE 4 maps. Arguably the 4 best terran maps in the game (steppes was taken out obviously) and cool dominates on them. Even if he loses the next game he got the big 3 (kulas/lt/dq).

Im confused , i thought that zerg players would be happy with cool . I guess ppl playing zerg are diferent as theyr race ^^

ITR is playing worse than normal, this is true, but it's for a fricken' reason, and Cool is obviously better at handling the situation. Cool deserves the money he's going to earn in this final unless ITR can recollect himself mentally.
I agree with you....
if cool wins he has won a deserved victory..
it just feels like ITR is not doing any of the things that make TvZ so hard for Z....like reapers...and hellions and banshees and fast thor/scv pushes
hes just trying to go medvac drop every game and failing, everytime.
