I forfeit my match against dayfly, organizing games with the koreans is way to much hassle, you've done a great job on the tournament dude, my only feedback would be that language/server barriers are a bitch... I also feel like there's some serious favoritism going on too, if it was anyone but a pro korean that stood me up on multiple organized times i would've gotten a walkover by now.
oh well, frustrating way to go out of what i think will be a good tournament, but anyway, i wish everyone best of luck, especially to sheth, who now has to deal with the fucking bullshit that is trying to organize a game with someone who makes absolutely 0 effort on their end...

Well, you'll have to take my word for it, but I definately haven't been favoring players because they're Korean pro's. In fact, there's been lots of matches that were delayed for one reason or another and no-one has been given a freewin because of them. The only freewin till now has been Azz because Seikhor forfeited and it would've been unfair to assign a backup in the second round.
As you pointed out, it is very hard to set up matches because of time differences and the obvious fact that 99.9% of Koreans don't speak English. They are also involved in a lot of Korean showmatches and tournaments making scheduling hard. On the date I scheduled your match they had this oGs vs Prime match:

After which the Prime team wasn't so happy to say the least. And as my only English speaking contact there is "spunky" the oGs coach you can see how things became a bit complicated -_-'
The reason we're going through all this trouble is because we want this to be an actual global event where the best players participate. Sure, I could just DQ everyone but in the end it would make no-one happy. I could also make a tournament for American players only, but it's not what we're trying to achieve. We're not organising this because it is easy, we're doing it because we want to give the community something to be excited about.
Still sorry that you're forfeiting, you're probably one of the best Aussie players :/

Yeah sorry I was pissed when i wrote that, i hold nothing against the admins of this tournament and you guys are putting in a lot of effort to make sure it goes smoothly . Best of luck with the rest of the tourny.
