How about this thread is remade for the Ro8/Ro4? Redo/reorganize the OP, let Saechiis edit it when necessary and revitalize this tournament. I think a lot of people have forgotten; a new thread would renew interest and offer a fresh start after all this bickering.

For qualifiers we just have the RO8 left, I'll be so happy to leave that behind

Has any contact been kept with the invitees? I can imagine most are pretty busy with practice or possibly even forgot, and I would hate to see this held up because they are too busy practicing for the GSL or something to that effect.

I have been following this tournament from the sidelines since back when JMS and Saechiis had seperate posts about a community-inspired tournament. I was excited about it then and I am still excited about it.
It is obvious that running a tournament is a very hard task. After recently signing up I felt like I had to come here and thank Saechiis for sticking with this through the hard times and doing his best to keep things rolling.
I also want to thank iCCup for all their hard work and casting, there have been some great games and some awesome casts - keep up the good work
A new thread for the tournament after the qualifiers are over sounds great.
I believe once a schedule of live streams of the RO16 is posted then the community will jump back in and get excited again like they once were when this tournament was first posted!
