10fastfingers may be good to learn touch typing but it will not help you improve on a sc2 level. If you want to have a good tool, better to go for real software and custom it ( klavaro for example). I dont know what yours hotkeys are but in absolute TheCore should be the way we all play. We dont need half your keyboard to play.(optimization, optimization)
no no no
. My exercise is about warming up all my hotkeys even those which are pushed 1game/100. It's more of a streching exercise.
Also focus means low redundency(i dont really care about spam, i've always been below 30%)
I think if you're new to sc2, now that we can, and before doing hard work like that, you should strat with grid then spend time to build your own config (hotkeys, graphics). That will help to understand sc2 mechanics and practice at the same time.

At proleague level, you focus more on praticing one BO. When you know the map, then the player that you're going to play, you have to prepare for him/ the map.
Basically, player from team A calls player from team B " - come i need to pratice mines drop.
3 hours later - maybe i should try this way. let's go talk with other A player.
1 hours later - ok, let's try this way .
3 hours later - next session tomorrow.
