That's pretty reasonable. Try not to fall below a certain critical mass of scvs, though-- you need some for repairs, building construction, and gas mining, even in the late game.

I've gotten bored of zerg so I've decieded to move on to the only race I haven't spent much time on TERRAN. so I've got a few questions.

whats the timing on the first stalker finishing?

I remember hearing wolf say something about 6:20 being a good scan timming in tvt what is a good time to scan in tvp?

Stalker is between 4:05-4:15 ish usually.
620 just happens to be when you get energy on a normal OC timing.

Patrol split doesn't work in a real game scenario, as lings are so fast and close in you won't actually split. Learn to split by mouse and boxing, it's effective.

Stutter step -- I do attack right click attack right click etc etc

Scan protoss depends on gasses, how many, and expo timing if they do. I scan around 730-830 if I saw them FE, 6 if I didn't.

How can i scout a roach rush?
How can i stop it if i open with a reactor hellion into banshee (and CC before the first 2 hellions).?

The roach usually come at 5:45

I have just lost 3 match because of this fucking rush.

Bunker on top of your ramp should hold this pretty easy. Constantly repair your bunker with scvs on auto-repair. Maybe keep the second banshee at you base to help. Hellions do pretty well against roaches actually if they are all in a clump on your ramp. If you are scared and think you can't hold with one bunker, get a second one, better save then sorry.
Production should go on as normal, constant scvs, marauder out of the rax and more production/tanks. (ofc everything is delayed due to bunker production and micro.

What opening did you do again? Scouting roaches is simple...hold map control until the zerglings make you leave. Note when he got gas, most times same time or before pool. Note the fact ling speed ISN'T done when he takes map control. Harass with hellions outside his base. See the roaches. Threaten to bypass and run in, try and buy time. Make a bunker. If you already have a wall started, as you should, try and finish it, or at least finish more of it, and the bunker. From there, just get a marauder in the bunker, repair it, and attack move the roaches.

Here's a game I played on EU where a zerg went roach ling -> roach ling bane -> roach bane over and over. Easily stopped by scouting, and a wall.

Not the exact same as what you're asking, but shows good principles on how to defend. Roach after FE is very common, as it 'checks' reactor hellion to see if you went double reactor hellion / banshee off hellions with no marauder/bunker, 3 CC reactor hellions, gasless FE -> hellions. It's a great 'check' and doesn't put the Z behind much at all. For me, I take map control very early against Z, and try to hold it as long as possible. You can see the roaches coming if you have your hellions placed right, out on the map. A bunker can usually always get up in time. If not, use SCVs. Attack move, and then surround, hold position. Hellions + marines + marauders all outrange roaches. Force him to target fire the scvs, then attack with them again, and hold position again. Keep messing up the AI as best you can.
