What are some good 'radio' shows on SC2? Like State of the Game?
I would like to download some audio onto my phone/ipod/car/thing so I can listen to them while doing some work and driving. State of the game is usually what I listen to but they aren't making new episodes :X
I still don't have an answer TT
Inside the Game, okay, i downloaded ep 51 and 52.
SOTG is out...
and that's really all I know about.

As a protoss, should I favor armor or weapon upgrades in PvZ with a zealot/archon composition?

I personally use 5a so that my index finger can press "5" quite naturally, then little finger is on "a" anyways. 5a6a7a seems so much easier than 1a2a3a in terms of finger movement. We talk so much about 1a in the game, but since finger movement is hard, doesn't it hinder some improvement for new players coming to SC2/RTS for the first time? I am fully aware that you can change hotkeys, but that's not the point. I have been wondering this since BW days, and I finally decided to ask.
I prefer 2a3a4a. 1a is an awkward key to hit, 2a is a little less awkward, and 3-4a are fairly natural. 2a I'll hit with my middle finger on 2 and ring finger on a. Ring finger on a with 3/4 as well, except with my pointer. I use 1 for CCs/Hatcheries/Nexi

I would think if you have your index on 4, you could 1a on your ring finger. I personally find it awkward, but it's all preference. My hotkeys, for example, are fit to my natural hand position on WASD. Basically I use the tilde (~) as group 7 and Q as group 8. I believe desRow uses this setup? He taught it to MaximusBlack during the boot camp week thing and I adopted it.

I use grid so it's 1t for me. 1t2t3t is much easier than 1a2a3a for me.1

I'm struggling with the group hotkeys :/ I'm so dumb at this
I'm changing it now since months because I never have a layout which feels comfortable for me. I'm terran. How many groups for units? How much for CC? Should I bind CC single or all together? Should I group all raxes and factorys/starport or mabye seperate?
I looked the group hotkeys from pro players like taeja but it's soo weird. 1 cc, 2 units and 3 cc .... mvp only uses 1 hotkey for units and every building seperate

Pros have weird layouts sometimes. I use 1-4 for army, 5 ccs, 6 rax, 7 factories, 8 starports, 9 upgrades.
In TvZ : Marine/Tank: Bio force + medivacs on 1 Tanks on 2 Vikings on 3 Ravens on 4
Mech: Mech army on 1 Vikings on 3 Ravens on 4
In TvP MMM on 1 Ghost on 2 Vikings on 3
In TvT: Marine/Tank: Marine/Medivac on 1 Tanks on 2 Vikings on 3 Sometimes I use 3 for tanks and marines to move them around more easily but it's probably better to get used to 1a2a3a4a.
Mech: Ground on 1 Vikings on 3 Ravens on 4.

Coz it seems like a good idea if they do the archon toilet, I just haven't remember to try yet. Yes, Infested Terrans' timers will continue to count down, both in egg form (and thus hatching into ITs) and while alive their count will also decrease while inside the vortex. Eggs take 5 seconds to hatch, so eggs that go into the vortex will come out as ITs so long as you throw them in no later than 15 secs after the vortex is cast (as vortex lasts 20 secs). See Liquipedia Notes on Vortex at the bottom of the page: http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/Vortex#NotesI don't see how throwing them into an archon toilet would help though, I'm not sure how splash damage works and whether tanking will work if that's what you're referring to, I'll check. Thanks for the info. ITs have decent dps if you target fire with them so I was thinking it might somehow be useful, like move your broods away when the vortex finishes and try focus archons, although archons would probably destroy them way too quickly to matter. Destiny using IT vs a vortex. It's better to throw them around the vortex because the Archons will still do splash against them if they go into the vortex
That's aweeeeeeeeeeeesome, thanks a lot! I gotta try this!

also its weird for me how people can use hotkeys past 6 because it too far away, how long are you fingers to use 9 and 0 constantly??

I use 9 for upgrades too and it's easy if you can feel your way round the keyboard. I just move my hand from its normal position and press 9, then go back.

A while ago (When Xel Caverns was still in map pool) I remember being told a reaper could hit the watchtower and go up onto the wall whilst keeping control of the watch tower. Being toss, I never got to confirm it. Can anyone confirm this? And does it work with blink stalkers too?
EDIT: Just had a spare minute. It's not possible with blink stalkers on xel'naga caverns, but it might still be possible with reapers/different maps. It looks like the ledge is slightly too far out on xel'naga.

account sharing is forbidden by blizzard, why pros use accounts of other players to play in team leagues? Shouldn't they get banned? I just don't get it. Sometimes casters even say "he is using account of ..... to play on .... server" that's disgusting

I would think weapon upgrades first, because +1 allows zealots to kill zerglings in only two hits instead of three... and then assuming that your opponent is going for the +1 carapace to counter your +1 ground upgrade, you getting +2 would still hopefully give you the advantage. Plus, archons don't really benefit much from ground armor upgrades because most of their health is in their shields.

Because the negative exposure blizz would get for banning a player for this would be huge. Besides, a pro player has an account so it's not like they're playing for free.

Didn't 2v2 with a friend at all for 1 season, yet we still got placed into a league after one placement match instead of five. How does that work?
