Since the change in barracks build time is it better to cut SCV production for those 5 seconds to get your orbital out, or is it better to build one more scv and consequently delay your orbital ?
A lot of people opt for the OC at 15 scvs for the earlier mule, but I've seen some math that says long run you'll be ahead by like 40 minerals if you go for a 16-scv orbital.

Can you still cast feedback by clicking on the minimap?

It's kinda annoying when you want to practice against a certain race, also it gets kind of tiring playing 10+ zvz It may be the case that the maps you have veto'd are also veto'd by a lot of other zergs, causing you to run into other zerg players more frequently because there is a smaller map pool to choose from. (smaller sandbox, more collisions). Other than that there is no bias when selecting your opponent. Check out this thread for more info: [G] Comprehensive SC2 League and Ladder Guide

i have been struggling in pvp with 4gate
is it still viable to do a 4gate rush in pvp/pvt/pvz? if yes: should i prefer taking two geysers or one?

Yes. I wont recommend it thought. I have personally had mixed results doing it in an actual battle, and theres a good chance you might spend the feedback on medivacs instead of the crucial ghosts. No pros do this either, I'm going to assume they reached the same conclusion.

PvZ: Yes. You can either make stalkers and zealots, and kite your way to victory. or you can place down a second geyser and make mostly sentries and zealots, and spam forcefields.
PvP: Yes. Only take one of your gasses, and attack with zealots and mostly stalkers.
PvT: Extremely situational. If he doesn't scout it and go 1rax expo, then it will work. If he walls off his front, you'll have a 100% fail rate trying to break through.
Should be noted that every single player in diamond and above knows about the 4gate timing very well, and have most likely focused their builds around preparing for it. Thus its not really viable any more. It can still work in some situations and/or on some maps (Tal'darim for instance is a 4gate fest map in PvP. There is no way the opponent can hold it without that ramp)

How many drones should I make before moving into unit production? It depends, are you trying to bust his front and cause significant damage, or threaten him to secure a faster 3rd base? If it's still a solid strategy, busting the front is ideal, even if that means I'm all-in. I know P was struggling with that for a long time. I'd be open to pressure > expand if that's the sounder strategy, though.

Yes. In general, you can cast any targeted ability via the minimap.

So, we've all seen Day9 Daily 365, in which he talks about IMMVPs 2 fact reactor hellion into 2 fac tank 2 reactorrax marine style. I'm looking for similar builds for tvp and tvt. Liquipedia seems outdated. Who could help me ? Ty!

I'll looking for a replay of a korean pro doing the 1-1-1 with patch 1.4, anyone have a link to one? All the replay sights seem to only have really old reps...

Quick question - does anyone know of this specific PvP build:
12 gate, 15 pylon, 16 core, 5 chronos on WG, scout after core, put down 2 extra gate, put down 2 pylons in first 2 bases for 4p map, or in front of ramp for last base scouted.
I've been trying to look it up to see exactly how the timings work because I've been doing it on ladder(high diamond) and it's working well, but I'm floating a lot of money, so I want to find a way to sneak in a 4th gate or something(speed up WG?) to make it smoother.

super stupid question, but i havent played in ages and now it says 5 outstanding placement matches - is this normal for season 4 or have they removed my mmr because i havent played a single game in season 3?

If you skip a season your standing is completely reset

However your MMR is never reset, ever. Seems like they just reset your placement matches to 5 instead of 1 to better gauge where to place you.

is there a difference in points lost or MMR points lost depending on how you lose? like quit instantly will get -12 points for example or normal quitting a game once you given up gets you -10 or when it says you no longer have any forces and quit because you have no buildings/forced to you know?
can you check what your MMR also?

No, to both questions. MMR is based only off wins/losses and who you beat/lose too. It only relates to their mmr, which you also can't see. You can guess the general level of your mmr by judging the general level of people your being matched against.

How I can beat blueflame hellion, marine, marauder, tank combo as zerg? its little bit early push so I cant have broods that fast. I have been lost to this combo many times.

Muta/zergling/baneling is your best bet against this combo becasue investing in marauders and helion will diminish his marine count by a bit. You will be able to keep your opponent in his base longer and also pick off tanks and such easier.
The other thing is the army engage, the only good thing marauders do is soaking damage and killiing buildings so as long you move command your banelings to the marines I think this composition shouldn't be a problem.
It was a pretty general explantion but your situation was pretty general too.

I was going to answer a question before posting my own, but it seems that you all already jumped on that. D:
My question is pretty simple:
Which maps, if any, in the current map pool, have close positions blocked?
I think I know that Metalopolis and Shakuras do, but is there anything else?
