And I think that all the 10 gratest players of all time (Savior, Oov, Boxer, Flash, Jaedong, Bisu, Nada, Stork, Yellow, Fantasy...) are all in a way the gratest player of all time. Their fans deserve to remember them that way. I'm feeling very nostalgic tonight. Maybe it's because Jaedong might play his last brood war game in a couple of hours.

I'd say we need to do like 20 players for Close but no Cigars. And for ALL of those players, we need to dig through their greatest achievement and game highlights to justify their dominance and explain it in style. Perhaps we even need to add a little bit of familial background on them. And to lessen the workload by our mods, maybe us as fans should dedicate a bit of our personal time to write these short career summary ourselves. I myself am planning to take a notch on some of my favorite players. But anyways, so who should be Tier 2 beside the dominant ones? Reach + Nal_ra have to included. And then I would really love to add in GGplay. Maybe Midas and I have always taken a liking to Effort's neo-Savior plays. Now I think about it, all the Zergs 'mentors' have greatly affected their youngsters in some way. GGplay's macro heavy late, late game with crazy Defiler usage has indeed rubbed off on ZerO and SK by their army composition and insane production. sAviOr have made a name for himself by rushing into Ultralisks while using Zerglings to build an economy, a trait in which Effort have inherited from. And then Jaedong's vicious Zerg vs Zerg marque once made his junior Killer that ruthless playstyle in other matchup as well. Now what I'm wondering is how did the Terran or the Protoss dynasties harvested their young. All I can think about is how Shuttle have performed stunts to the like of Kal and that Stork is the smarter of the Khan's twin Cannons while JangBi is the mechanical one. Bisu and BeSt are totally bi-polar but they have always been in the forerunners of SKT's Protosses while only until recently Sun have made a name for himself but not really taking the style of either of the SKT's Dragons. For Terran, we all know that Fantasy have the ability to be a cheesy motherfucker like BoxeR but not exactly a macro monster like Oov but Oov have fielded him with some crazy innovative play. On Fox, there was NaDa that cultivated Mind + BaBy. Oh man, I can go on forever. But I will let the others think about the proposal of fanmade writeups.

For the list of 20 CBNC's, I'd throw in Iris, Chojja, Jju, TheMarine, V-Gundam, Pusan, July, Anytime, Sea, Free, Kal, Jangbi, HOT, Sir@Soni, Garimto, Light, Leta, ForGG, Best, Hwasin, Kingdom, Goodfriend, Hydra... Well, that's over 20, with the inclusion of Reach and Nal_Ra as well, Soulkey, Casy, Sacsri (has to be mentioned for 2v2)... So many @_@ Hard to cut out a name for me.

Actually agree with pretty much all of these. GOD DAM I wish Bisu had at least one OSL under his belt.. Would def be Tier 1 with his MSLs and Proleague performances. lol at Yellow Fanta Stork being tier 2. Very fitting.

Bisu is tier 1 because he is the best Toss and you can't have tier 1 with only two races T_T.

Ok then there is nothing that says winning an OSL is a must in order to be tier one. I think with 3 msl's, 4 proleague golds, 1 WCG gold, most wins record holder, most protoss MVP's of the year, MVP of the year award, 3rd highest elo peak, and how he revolutionized how the game was played against zerg is certainly enough to make him tier one.

Now that's a much better way of arguing.

He actually makes a really good argument. Originally I felt that Bisu was tier 2 (even though I'm a huge Bisu fan), but now I'm thinking that maybe Bisu should be tier 1......
