Aside from a few freak losses, you can't criticise Zero's performance in February. Unlike the vast majority of other Zergs in WL - Zero is holding his ground and holding his ground admirably. His kill list in February includes the likes of Jaedong (and an almost reverse all kill of Hwaseung) and he went 2-0 in his MST group. Consistency earns you a strong placing, and Calm has fulfilled that this month. Calm? Ontopic though, thanks for the rankings Plexa. I was thinking Baby could make the list on Kwanro's expense, but meh. Hoping for more things to come from baby. EDIT: Just read the comments and realised the nitpicks above have been covered. Sorry :S

Hmmm this looks very familiar. Not trying to forshadow anything but shortly after this was said about Savior in the first PR he began to fall. Just saying.

It also helps that Flash won seven of their last eight games. KT's dominance is nothing special, it all goes back to Flash's current form, Oz was almost as dominating in the first three seasons last year. One super dependable player does wonders (Flash, Jaedong). I am pretty sure if Flash somehow ends in a slump the rest of KT will fall too. But MBC is really surprising yeah. See, that just can't be it, considering Flash similarly performed and, last season, outperformed Jaedong in PL, but somehow KTF got seventh while Oz got second. If Flash's form meant the whole team performed well then KT would've atleast made playoffs these past two seasons. Yeah, but back then Jaedong had the "invincible" aura. Zergs were shitting their pants if they had to face him. Same with protoss and terrans were all weak. Flash had a huge negative record against the dragons and A+ S-class players. Also his tendency to 14cc made him damn weak in TvT. Now you have a TvT god and dragon destroyer who eats zergs for lunch. ??? The 08/09 season was when Flash was the #1 dragon killer and ZvP was Jaedong's weakest matchup. PL wise there was no regarded difference in dominance all of last season between Flash and Jaedong besides their supporting crew. Well he was a dragon killer in 08, but in 09 his record against them was abysmal.

So regardless what kind of aura Jaedong had, it means that his team performed way better than KT did. Also Flashed stopped his 14cc pretty much after the embarassing loss to Jaedong in October 2008.

If so that'd be kind of cheap since Jaedong's almost guaranteed an all kill. >:[

Jaedong also had a habit of winning the high-stakes matches, while Flash dropped the match that would've gotten his team into the playoffs. Flash was more reliable than Jaedong... when the pressure was off. Of course, now Flash is tearing everyone apart, while Jaedong is getting sniped by other Zergs. His recent non-zerg losses have been to ridiculously good players (Flash, Stork, and one loss to Sea) so few worries there, but JD needs his ZvZ dominance back.

Flash went 32-12 in TvT in 2008, 16-2 during the last PL, and 10-4 last WL. The only weak TvT performance I can remember was the MSL series against fOrGG. His 14CC period was brief, and IIRC it was fairly early on. The first part is true though... Flash had a losing record not only against ace protosses but also against ace zergs in Proleague.

Stork has a winning record against Bisu, Jaedong AND Flash. I am pretty sure he's the only one who got that.

But I think this month's PR wasn't as enjoyable as it has been lately, much of the reason why I love reading the PR list is just because it's very motivated, with other words whenever I read of a player in the PR rank I get like a giggling little girl to hear how well a certain player whom I cheer for is doing well, and why (latest here was HiyA on last month's PR, yes there I said it. I become a gittly little girl when I see HiyA play well, gay or not~) And not to speak last month's "Power Outage" or whatever it was called, to have that statment that Jaedong and Flash both plays so much better than everyone else backed up. Well compared to this month which started off with Flash WITHOUT an explanation! I mean I know already that there is no argue, but without an analysis (or whatever it is you are doing) I'm not very motivated to read further PR. As said earlier, don't really want to discredit you here, But to some level I feel it's a shame the PR just grew short and unexplained. (Sorry for any errors in my text, damn I can't speak. Sorry anyway, I'm tired and I'm trying to do other stuff, TL is my escape from reality.)
