I was toying with the WBG+Mattchew+S&B or Zealos scum team or something with kita, but I was actually expecting him to read the thread and tell me if that was a good idea or it was me spouting bullshit, but he didn't show up in the chat to talk about it I was also waiting for Nova, Zealos, Fulla, etc to post in the thread their thoughts about all the shit I was talking about (about Grey, Mattchew, etc). But nobody showed up. Nova didn't show up, neither did Zealos, etc; and kita didn't show up either, so it got very lonely in there not knowing what to do and not having anybody around to discuss shit; and those that are around are not playing at all (Grey/Mattchew) or just have tunnel vision on and won't consider anything else (S&B/WBG). | ||

 Given my position as a hydra with Artanis, we had quite a bit of discussion about this game as well. Honestly, the amount of work he put into this game is astounding. I really enjoyed reading it too as it had a unique setup. I didn't suspect Toad(+Marv) for a long time, so kudos there. I had my money on a Mattchew + Promethelax scumteam for a while (once I realized that Zealos was not scum) and was banging my head at town killing Greymist. If I had paid a bit more attention to who was the master of puppets behind that play I *might* have figured it out, but as is, I hadn't figured it out until endgame. Well played, WB-G! As for the voteswitching: S&B, you say you've never seen it happen, yet SSB mafia ended like 2 days ago and Risen last-minute vote switched there (although he was town). Mafia pull last-minute switches all the time at lylo when town bets on the wrong guy. I don't see how you can say that never happens in normal games. I think the setup has a lot of promise and enjoyed reading the game  | ||

Killing Nova before the attack phase was also a rather bad idea, but with hindsight that might've worked out pretty well, because Toad could've had a pretty heavy hand in directing that 8/8 trampler away from himself or Matt, which could have been worse for town. | ||

Not counting the "scummy" posts he made once in a while (like his brother being all aggressive all of a sudden against my plan, and Grey accusing me later, and stuff) Up to the point where I started to have a "change of heart" Grey received 3-4 damage only so it wasn't that bad. If you mean me+WBG killing him with our 8/8 and 5/3 creatures...then you still think it was such a facepalm? I tried all I could to give Grey a 2nd chance and kill Mattchew instead but he didn't even try. I'd say Nova's death was 10 times worse, since he didn't even have the time to properly defend himself or anything. but with hindsight that might've worked out pretty well, because Toad could've had a pretty heavy hand in directing that 8/8 trampler away from himself or Matt From what I recall Nova was 100% set in attacking Mattchew, so I don't think that would have worked | ||

From my perspective at the time it was a pure fluke that Zealos happened to be holding a deathbomb in his hands that almost near 1shot killed you. I finished the job I accept that killing you was probably a mistake, but even with hindsight now, you're play made no sense to me as town. | ||

My main gripes/recommendations for improvement: - Put a limit on what cards from editions you can use. Example only last 10 editions or say from Mirrodin onwards. Sol ring is old and too overpowered. - NO banned cards! Skullclamp, wtf? How many cards did Were draw because of that? - Zealos's deck has already been spoken about but yeah imbalanced shit! - Attack Phase, this is a bit silly, in normal mafia you can only switch 1 vote last minute. In this you can wipe out 3 people. - There is no easy work around this. Off the top of my head the only solution would be everyone declares there attacks, then everyone states 'accept' or if they wish ti make changes. This however could lead to an endless unending attack phase. But anyways I think more discussion on this would be good. - Perhaps this could lead | ||

He put forward no plan only right right towards the end. Were very cleverly bussed Matt instantly at the right time and started putting forward a town plan to win. I thought he was town. I was stupid not to see how he stitched up Nova then quickly when silent after Nova's death. But considering how I was already highly suspicious of Nova I didn't see it :/ I thought Prom would simply kill strong with his Flyer and let Matt kill me. In other words the game was already over. That's why I wasn't around. | ||

Surely the assumption that prom has to be mafia was a lie and had to be wrong but what Fulla said here is correct. We didn't get people lynch Greymist, Nova and away from me onto Prom for nothing. We found things that really were strange from a town point of view and what I said about Prom the last couple of days really was something that should be considered scummy in games, just not as scummy as I made it sound. I felt like I had a good point to attack all those guys. Grey and Prom because they screwed up and posted weird when they didn't have to and nova because of wifom.
